Music has always helped me through tough times, when I'm at my lowest I find listening to encouraging music to work best. Alternatively, music I listened to during especially tough times (not including the music I'd intentionally listen to to combat it) end up bringing me down, back to those moments. Which oddly is a good thing for grieving and the like. Always have a pump up/ feel good playlist
