I was worked under one manager in mysuru, karanataka he is very knowledgelable, strict, straight forward, if things goes he wont allow his team member to face that difficulty, he never attached with anybody personaly , very strong personality.. I was very blessed to had that kind of manager in my life
After my engineering graduate I worked in core company as daily wage labor their management people usually brain wash that if you perform well here, we will give u permanent posting, but I never fell down for that came out from there and got placed in IT now I am earning more than the person who brainwashed me. My real mantra always be dependent on your not on the organization or managers
Thanks thamby for your advice to the younger generation . I worked here in Japan as a permanent employee for 32 years in a maufacturing company. In Japan too there is politics inside the company. Japanese do not like foreigners. But there are exceptions. Keep your body fit. Learn always.
I watcher this video early morning, actually I'm also depend in my boss income source. But I'm studying, doing my higher education without knowing him because i also don't want to depend someones source. Actually this video is a boost for me to pursue my goals. Keep upload such kinda videos 👍
