I worked for Continental Airlines when we moved from IAH Terminal A to the newly constructed Terminal C which opened in October/November 1981. Gate 30, seen in this video, was originally used by Texas International Airlines before merging with Continental in October, 1982. The concourses have been completely remodeled and look very nice. Thank you for posting - this video brought back many memories of busy days boarding our customers on Continental Golden Jets many years ago.
Thank you so much for this video!-I'll be at this airport in 3 days and I have been very concerned because I have a tight connection and bad legs!-I'll be arriving and departing from terminal C but with my legs and ankles swollen I just hope I won't miss my flight!-I wonder how hard it is to get a ride in one of those electric carts!
Thank you for you video...It will help me a lot. I have a short connection between B and C and I will be with 3 kids. Im not sure yet if I have to go C north or south but your video gave some idea of time between terminals and where to go from there.
would like to ask... if I have a connecting flight at IAH, and I am travelling from Belize (BZE), and would need to wait for 11hrs or so (though I am still travelling with United Airlines), do I need to head to the baggage claim area to pick up my luggage? or just head out and check-in again?
I had a layover in iah in 2013. I went from terminal c to e. It was pretty bad. I have been through iah 3 times now for layovers. The other 2 times we stayed in the same terminal.
I will fly to IAH, Houston next month. I'll be there at 6 PM. What is the cheap and easy way to go 815 Pierce St (near Travis St.) Can someone inform me about this?

They also have a subway train that is supposedly the only application of Disney technology outside of a Disney theme park!
You deserve a rest after that walk! Nice video
