If you want to give the spec more input instead of you moving cards to the bottom, have spec pick a number (say 10-20) and you move that number to the bottom. If you want to make the math easier use a deck of 50 cards and it would also keep someone from seeing that the number of cards from the top is 52 minus the number moved to the bottom
If you count 52 cards you end at the last card in the deck. If I remove 2 cards and you count 52 cards, you run out at 50, so you have to start from the top again and you end at the 2nd card. If I remove 3 cards you are left with 49, so you would end on the 3rd card. It always works.
@tomelliott90 you count by moving some to the bottom (10 cards for example) and then predict their card will be in the 42nd position. Or move 15 cards to the bottom and then predict the 37th position.
Tomelliott90 is correct. Unless the spectator puts his chosen number of cards back in the deck (let’s say 5), instead of hiding them, the magician will be 5 cards off. If the cards are hidden and not returned to the deck, the magician needs to known how many cards are hidden to figure out how many cards are in the deck as a base before counting the cards.
Astounding! and nice and uncomplicated at least from the audience's perspective. Many thanks.
Wow, you explained that really well. 👏
Thanks.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing. 👍🏻
So good ! Thank you. 🇺🇸
Incredible!
Another great trick bud, thanks! :)

Really cool trick 😎 😊
Did magican see how many card spectator did take ???
I still dont know how this could happen without you knowing how many cards the spectator removed?

@@MindBlownMagicIllusion ah I see, so I have to count after receiving them back? That's where I'll fail 😂
