Nice analysis and break down of a great little trick. I've been in love with this wonderful art form for over 60 years. I enjoy your content and I agree with your. philosophy on various aspects of magic. I'll be watching for more!
Haha, fair point. The “better than Blaine” part is referring to my method, not my skill. I think making 2 random cards become queens rather than two aces is better. It’s less confusing to explain to the spectator.
@@MindBlownMagicIllusion I think you misunderstood me bro I wasn't referring to your skill all respect for you there I took Blaine's studio class where he taught his version of two card Monte and I think the way he does it is better in my opinion the whole witch card is on top black or red bit I love that version but whatever works best for you is how you should perform it's an excellent! Trick overall and I want to thank you for your contributions to the magic community!😉♣️♥️♠️♦️
Your approach to simply using "black and red" is a good one. When Blaine started out, a lot of his performances were based around 'silence' and no explanations allowing the spectator to come to the conclusions on their own on what just happened. Too many times when I'm watching magicians, they are constantly explaining to people people what is/has happened with a lot of additional patter. Like a joke, if you have to explain it, it's not a good joke.
I do the bottom top change like Blackstone Jr does and excievier spade magician said Bill that's older then harry Blackstone Jr and I said ok cool thanks for letting me know More knowledge
But what exactly happened when you cut the filming and went straight into the next process? I think you misled us. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸 Never mind I just watched it again and now I see it 😂😂😂😂Lol 😊
Couldn't you still do it , but using a double lift instead of a triple , because the 3rd card doesn't have to change , especially when your flipping them back anyway...
@@MindBlownMagicIllusion Sorry , you're right.. I didn't have it straight in my head at all .. It's a great trick, I'm not good at a triple lift , and the last bold top card switch.. , I do like working things out before a watch the second part ..and I never got this at all , until later I hear ,,triple lift , then.. oohhhh.. I'm more of a.... .OMG , LOOK OUT OF THE WINDOW , A DINOSAUR !! , oh .... it's just a cat ... let's continue with the trick ..... Kind of guy ...
It doesn’t matter “how” you do it, that’s the “method”. The “effect is what the spectator sees and it’s An effect created by Dr. Jacob Dailey. You credited David Blaine but David Blaine credits Dailey. I’m just saying if you’re going public, showing examples, you should give credit where credit is due. All do respect, not crediting is essentially saying you made it up. You did not. That effect is 60 years old.
Funny how obvious all these tricks seem when you dont look where youre supposed to... Its very hard to do that against an experienced performer though, if you dont know the trick.

Wow!!! Thank You for sharing!!! That is so good!!! I will definitely use this version. Thank You for sharing!!!
Amazing! You're fun to watch even though I'm likely not going to do sleight of hand. I learned something. Thanks
Ah! A little sleight of hand! You're good. I'd have to really practice this one.
Nice one.
Fantastic tutorial 👏👍👏👍👏
Love this trick & your channel excellent teaching of top change but better than Blaine......🧢

Bam, nice
This and that👍
Maybe I misread the description.
I apologize if I seemed like an A hole. That wasn’t my intention. ❤
0:46 You can see you swap over the black 8 with a red queen lol.
Cool trick. Just need good hands to flip cards.
Couldn't you still do it , but using a double lift instead of a triple , because the 3rd card doesn't have to change , especially when your flipping them back anyway...
But then when you do the second change you would be switching for the wrong card.

You should credit your effects at least. That’s “Dr. Dailey’s last trick”. You don’t need a top change or a triple lift. Look it up.
@mattmcgibany3987 sounds like the method I’m using is a completely different effect. So no need to credit or look anything up 😂
