Finally got around to this, and.. amazing vid. Easily one of my favorites from this year. Editing was on point, the opening was so likable and unique, and you gave perfect reasoning with each game. So much effort, hoping for more people to see this! (though admittedly I prefer Adventure to Unleashed.. fight me)

Unless Mania counts, you haven't got another game since Black Knight with that level of care. Let's be real the 2010s were the worst decade of Sonic's Career you got severe flanderization with the series treating itself like a joke. Unleashed was the last triumph for the main series, with Black Knight really being the end of an era of prosperity for the series. 3 consecutive Sonic 06 games would have been far less damaging to the series reputation than the 2010s decade was. We'll never get a boost game able to surpass Unleashed, so Sonic Team really should return to the Adventure Formula already.
+SCF (BatteriesNotIncluded) Even though I got the Wii/PS2 version of Sonic Unleashed/World Adventure, it still played well. And that version it was developed by Dimps, who made Sonic Rush, Sonic Rush Adventure, and more! Hats off to Dimps for the Wii/PS2 version.

I agree. While unleashed isn't my favourite [that goes to Sonic Heroes], Sonic Unleashed comes really close. I just wish that Sonic Team didn't change the homing attack.

You gave very good points to why these Sonic games are your favorites and even got a few laughs out of me. I seriously couldn't agree more with #1. Of course, Unleashed is still crapped on for having the spoopy werehog. Even though his levels can be alot of good fun. And don't get me started on Dark Gaia final boss! I applaud SEGA for having the balls to step over the line that was set for them by the gaming community, and im so glad they did. I originally had the PS2 version, and I still loved the game, I then got the 360 version and I loved it even more. The fact that they have DLC for Extra levels too makes it even more the reason to buy, Generations should've done this. And for the rest of your choices, pretty solid picks. Thank you steven for this one.
What? No Waku Waku Sonic Patrol Car? In all seriousness, good list, I agree with it for the most part. On the topic of SA3 next year, it would make the most sense. After Boom, Sega needs something to get everyone back and hyped for a new game again, and SA3 would be literary the best thing they could do. Sega release SA3 for Wii U (and maybe PS4 or XB1) and a Chao Garden game for 3DS that's compatible with the Wii U version PLEASE.
+PatMac YES. Have Sonic, Knuckles, Shadow, and SIlver as the main characters and each have their own storyline. They also need to make the storyline actually connect with the others.
Pretty good list, dude. Your reasons behind liking these games were pretty straight-forward and enjoyable to listen to. A good portion of these are similar to my personal favorites, like Sonic Battle, Sonic Generations, and Sonic Unleashed. Actually, come to think of it, Unleashed was the only one I pre-ordered and got the most hype out of for being different, but what actually came out of the game made it the most enjoyable for me. I, too, like the change of pace (no pun intended) for Sonic's gameplay and deserves more love and understanding by the fans. And what you said about it having the best graphics, soundtrack, etc. is very true, too. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us because it really helped me open my eyes and ears to some really good choices, especially Unleashed. Hope to see another really cool countdown in the future. I love Sonic Unleashed too. This game is god damn awesome. Full of speed and music is amazing. Awesome game. Day stages are so fast. I never played so dynamic game like this one!!! Night stages are so relaxing and I like mostly kick ass to enemies. What I said THIS IS AWESOME GAME.
All I hear about Sonic Unleashed on TH-cam is "It sucks" "FUCKING Werehog". 4.5/10 IGN (WTF!!!). I got Unleashed for Christmas along with an Xbox 360 and Gears of War 2. I LOVE Sonic Unleashed with a passion.

I honestly think Sonic Adventure 1 is the best Sonic game. That's my personal opinion though (as if it wasn't obvious from my user name) I admit it hasn't aged the best but you gotta remember the technology at that time and the english voice acting isn't the best at times but despite all that I still think it's a masterpiece. I can play that game anytime and not be bored with it. I love the backgrounds, the gameplay mechanics, the music, the big and little details and the story and I have fun with all 6 characters. Still Unleashed is in my top 10 and Adventure 2 is my second favorite. You got a good list down buddy :D

iv only played the wii version of unleashed, and iv always wanted to play the 360/ps3 versions of the game, and i loved the wii game to be honest, but i think now after hearing all your thoughts and why you love it so much i just might go pick up a 360 copy. again, great list, great thoughts, and awesome video!

Some people may hate me on this, but Sonic Unleashed is my favourite game of all time. Comparing the daytime levels in unleashed to the modern levels in generations, I just don't get the same amount of satisfaction from the Generations levels. I even think that Sonic Unleashed is the best looking Sonic game up to today. It might even be one of the nicest looking games on the 360/PS3, period. That's crazy considering it came out closer to the begging of the consoles lifetime than to the end. Also, those CGI cutscenes. OMG. Why have we not gotten something like that since? You were so right saying that it looked like a Pixar movie. (Hell, they may look even better than some Pixar movies.) Iv'e never played God of War, but if I did, I would probably really like it because I loved the Werehog stages. I find myself playing this game over and over and it's not loosing its charm. Also, you said there were DLC stages? um.... WHAT!? WHY DID I NOT KNOW OF THIS!?! BRB PLUGGING MY 360 IN RIGHT NOW.

Great list. You're awesome dude. You know, with the Werehog's beat-em'-up gameplay (and I've heard other people say this too), I feel that if they had given that gameplay to Knuckles (because he and Shadow were originally going to be in Unleashed), no one would've said a word. And I feel that, with a few changes to it, it actually could work for good ol' Knux, as long as they had his signature gliding and wall-climbing powers in there too. Thoughts or suggestions, anyone? (If you want to criticize these ideas, just don't be a prick about it. -_-) PS: Sorry for the long-ass comment.
Sonic X in 2003 was 1 of his 1st Voice Acting roles ever, so yeah he had so much promise. Unfortunately 2010s decade had to ruin that by replacing him with the awful Roger Craig Smith.
I'm so glad you put unleashed at the top. and just like you I still think sa2 slightly better but unleashed and sa2 are so close that they're basically tied. Sonic unleashed is a phenomenal game for all of the reasons you mentioned. one thing that unleashed will always have over any other sonic game is the amount of polish, effort and passion that was put into it and sonic games haven't really got this right since unleashed. In simply baffles me that anyone can consider generations and colours to better games when the stories of both were lacking, they were incredibly short and generally didn't feel as large and grand as unleashed.
I don't get what people have against Sonic Unleashed. I guess the Werehog was something Sonic fans just didn't want... but the night time stages are really fun and the day time stages are the best 3D Sonic levels ever. The voice acting is awesome, the music is fucking oustanding, the story is fun, the graphics are great, the side-content is detailed and the whole game is extremely polished. It honestly feels like the biggest Sonic game and felt like it had more effort and care put into it than every other game combined. It's a fucking awesome game and anyone who says otherwise either hasn't played it or just has bad taste.
Yes! This list is perfect! Makes so much sense. I actually thought Sonic Riders would make it on the list or aleast an honorable mention. That was like my childhood game. However, Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing Transformed was way better anyway. Sonic Unleashed was amazing. I agree with everything you just said about it. I mean the Werehog levels were my favorites. I loved playing as Sonic and the Werehog. Even the soundtrack on the Werehog stages were spectacular! Like god damn it was eargasm! LOL! Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic Unleashed are pretty much my favorite. I don't think i could pick between one of these two. By the way where was Sonic CD? That was one of my favorite 2D Sonic games. As someone who grew up with the original sonic games, I can say this is a great list. 10. I admit I have never played this, but might have to. 9. Oh i remember you, and remember having so much fun with you. Yeah it wasn't perfect, but (like you said) it did what it needed to... and it was freaking great. 8. I have got to go back and play this again, it was a lot fun, and it killed a lot of hours when traveling. 7. Again, sad to say, haven't played this one. But I may have to. (and yes, GBA video was awesome. EEnE is awesome.) 6. Okay, I'm not the biggest fan of racing games, but this games was indeed fun. 5. Very fun, and (for me at least) never really got old. Just a good game, not much else to say. 4. Good old 3, you and me go way back. Good god, the hours me and my friends put into this is not even funny. The fighting over save slots, the pushing each other to try and mess the other up, I'm going off on a tangent, I'm sorry. But yeah, this game is great. 3. I will still pop this game in today. And you did make a good point with how much it improves on the first. Other than that, not much to say. 2. Still like playing this game, even today. And yes, as you said, it had a few levels I don't want to go back to, the good definitely out ways the bad. Great choice, and great to play. HM #1: Pretty fun, but not much to say other than that. HM #2: You started it all for me. I will always remember you. HM #3: Somewhat fun, but I never really played it that much. HM #4: I don't care what anyone says, this game was fun. 1. I like it. It's definitely one of the most underrated of all the sonic games. Sure it wasn't perfect, but no game really is. The biggest point of a game is to be fun, and this did it right. As said, not perfect, but still good to play. As for SA2... I'll let you know in your video of it. In short, yes the sonic games aren't perfect, but I think the good out weighs the bad. Dang man. I was pretty much expecting Sonic Unleashed on the list. When I saw generations on the 2 spot(As you said in your top 10 OSTs vid that Unleashed is your 2nd favorite). I thought It was the game that you moved up 2 spaces (As mentioned on Twitter). So I expected unleashed to be an honorable mention. But when I heard that you were not going to be putting adventure 2 as #1 I was like "OK, Unleashed time." P.S. A cool thing your list had In common with mine was that Sonic Battle is also my #10 favorite xD
I love Sonic unleashed too, funny thing it was actually my first sonic game and im glad to see someone else appreciate it too. Another top ten idea you could do should be like Top ten sonic stories or Top ten character moments.

I remember playing Sonic Unleashed and that I really couldn't get into it, I shut it off after about 10 minutes of Werehog gameplay. In retrospect though, I probably should have given it another chance. Nice list! And by the way, nice to see somebody talking about Sonic Rush and the Advance games I played those to death.
I LOVED Sonic Unleashed! It was the first Sonic game I have ever picked up, and it even was the game that got me involved with the Sonic fan base. I loved the story, I loved the beautiful graphics, I loved the soundtrack, and I like how they portrayed Sonic's character. And I don't care what other people say: I LOVED THE WEREHOG!!!! Nice job on the video. Can't wait for more.
Colors started many of the trends that plague the Modern Era of Sonic like crap stories. Rip Dreamcast & 4kids eras for Sonic. Shadow the Hedgehog was a fun darker spin for the Sonic Series.

Nice top 10 list. I was listening your opinions of the games you listed and how the story, the characters, the music and the stage levels. I would considered myself to either liking or disliking the things I see and hear. And I also would considered sonic unleashed to be number one game of all time. Even though I can't really tell what my number one game. But other than that, awesome top 10 list! ;)

@@legendofsonic3979 Dude Super Mario Bros 2 (DokiDoki Panic) was great as was Mario Bros. I'm of the opinion that the 2010s Decade was way worse for Sonic's reputation than 3 consecutive Sonic 06 games would have been. The worst Decade of Sonic's career pretty much turned the series into a complete joke. I'm a DBZ fan & that's part of why I liked Sonic so much in the 2000s, sadly Colors writing became the new normal for the series & Roger Craig Smith was a terrible fit for the blue hedgehog.

3:25 to 3:32 Or, you could take the legal route, and use the Game Boy Player, which allows you to play Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and Gameboy Advance games on your Gamecube/TV (that's what I did, and it's great). I love being able to play on my TV with a Gamecube Controller (you can also use the Gameboy Advance/SP as a controller). Wonderful video! (SA2 is my fav, too!)
Hey piplup fan, for number 1, I agree, SA2 is the best sonic game EVER! I got it when I was literally 5 or 6 and I haven't stopped playing since! Nothing is wrong about, and the muplti-player, and story are infinite! Good job with that pick!
Sonic Unleashed is THE best Sonic game in my opinion. But I never owned a Dreamcast, so my opinion may be skewed. And I loved it because the modern Sonic/Daytime levels gave you the speed from 2 and 3&K with a fresh feel and definitely fresh look considering the PS3 and X-Box 360 could do so much more than a 16 bit Genesis. But like you mentioned in your video, the God of War/Nighttime levels were a piece of variety that made the game feel EVEN MORE fresh and wasn't JUST a beat 'em up. There were also (not many, but a few) puzzles to be solved. Unleashed is one fixed world above Generations......yeah, I made a pun on the Unleashed plot.
Sonic Unleashed was and still is EASILY the BEST Sonic game ever, IMO. Best soundtrack I'v ever heard since Sonic 3, and the Adventure series. Not to mention it's easily the best 3D Sonic game ever. The daytime stages are the most exhilarating, fastest runs ever. Yes, even better then Generations. Not EVERYONE despises the Werehog either. The boss fights and some of the stages he had were actually really fun. They did the combat and nighttime atmosphere beautifully. Most Werehog stages had better music than even the Daytime stages. Oh, and Endless Possibility? The best cover song that was and forever will be for a Sonic Game. Easily. Then again, this is all my opinion. Let's all not forget the first time we saw that first Sonic Unleashed commercial back in 2008. The nostalgia.

OMG YES SOMEONE WHO AGREES THAT THIS GAME IS REALLY GOOD, I don't know why but for some reason people never put that high on the list if not, not on the list i love sonic unleashed so much and it has made me so happy that i finally saw someone who puts it as number one, okay so it's not technically the number one place and it is technically number two because of the other game but still thank you for making my day with the number one spot on this video. :)
I really need to get around to playing some of these games, especially Rush and Unleashed. Great list as always dude. Even though I don't agree with some of your choices, you explained your points for liking these games so well. About sonic adventure, first off, it was a LAUNCH title, meaning it came out in 1999 in North America, SA2 came out in 2001. So I'm sorry if you got them confused, please tell me so I can go to bed knowing I haven't hurt somebody's feelings on TH-cam P.S. I would put Sonic Adventure higher on MY list.
Man, I played the hell out of sonic unleashed. IMO, it had the best boost formula gameplay because of how fast you can go especially when you max the speed and boost stat.

I've been a fan of Unleashed for a while. I remember when I heard the negative Reviews it was getting. I was totally shocked. It's one of my favorite Sonic games of all time, I liked both the daytime and nighttime stages. Maybe cause I like speed and beat'em ups. But i couldn't understand why so many people were bashing on it, maybe because 06 came out before and it was cool to hate on Sonic now. Cause before 06 I never really noticed too much hate for the blue blur. But I loved Unleashed nonetheless I found it to be a very enjoyable game overall.

But i hope i can get a wii u to re start the game from the begining after years of gathering dust.Yeah, being a sonic fan is hard, concidering all the games it's had in the past-Sonic 06 witch i'd love to play just for the lols of it, and sonic lost world, witch i wish i can get my money back form it.but i've hardly ever played console sonic, i'm more of a ds person, so obviously a game from there will be my favourite, and it's the sonic rush series-also include Sonic colours ds, because it's similar to the rush sceries.I just wish sega will get it into their heads:Make sonic games with similar controlls-story-level designs etc as Unleashed and Colours console for future console games-and fans will be happy. For the hadhelds-don't make them 3d like stupid lost world! I hated it! I'm use to 2d sonig with some/little 3d stage, like a final boss or something. If you make sonic games for handhelds 2d with few 3d levels, like Sonic Rush/sr adventures and colours, hand held fans of sonic will be happy.(i tried deleating stuff to make it as less as possible, but i can't water it down any more :(.)

Unless Mania counts, you haven't got another game since Black Knight with that level of care. Let's be real the 2010s were the worst decade of Sonic's Career you got severe flanderization with the series treating itself like a joke. Unleashed was the last triumph for the main series, with Black Knight really being the end of an era of prosperity for the series. 3 consecutive Sonic 06 games would have been far less damaging to the series reputation than the 2010s decade was. We'll never get a boost game able to surpass Unleashed, so Sonic Team really should return to the Adventure Formula already.

Sonic and the black knight is my favourite sonic game, and it's (in my opinion) the most underrated.
I seriously couldn't agree more with #1. Of course, Unleashed is still crapped on for having the spoopy werehog. Even though his levels can be alot of good fun. And don't get me started on Dark Gaia final boss! I applaud SEGA for having the balls to step over the line that was set for them by the gaming community, and im so glad they did. I originally had the PS2 version, and I still loved the game, I then got the 360 version and I loved it even more. The fact that they have DLC for Extra levels too makes it even more the reason to buy, Generations should've done this. And for the rest of your choices, pretty solid picks. Thank you steven for this one.

On the topic of SA3 next year, it would make the most sense. After Boom, Sega needs something to get everyone back and hyped for a new game again, and SA3 would be literary the best thing they could do.

Pretty good list, dude. Your reasons behind liking these games were pretty straight-forward and enjoyable to listen to. A good portion of these are similar to my personal favorites, like Sonic Battle, Sonic Generations, and Sonic Unleashed. Actually, come to think of it, Unleashed was the only one I pre-ordered and got the most hype out of for being different, but what actually came out of the game made it the most enjoyable for me. I, too, like the change of pace (no pun intended) for Sonic's gameplay and deserves more love and understanding by the fans. And what you said about it having the best graphics, soundtrack, etc. is very true, too.

I love Sonic Unleashed too. This game is god damn awesome. Full of speed and music is amazing. Awesome game. Day stages are so fast. I never played so dynamic game like this one!!! Night stages are so relaxing and I like mostly kick ass to enemies. What I said THIS IS AWESOME GAME.

I honestly think Sonic Adventure 1 is the best Sonic game. That's my personal opinion though (as if it wasn't obvious from my user name) I admit it hasn't aged the best but you gotta remember the technology at that time and the english voice acting isn't the best at times but despite all that I still think it's a masterpiece. I can play that game anytime and not be bored with it. I love the backgrounds, the gameplay mechanics, the music, the big and little details and the story and I have fun with all 6 characters. Still Unleashed is in my top 10 and Adventure 2 is my second favorite. You got a good list down buddy :D

Some people may hate me on this, but Sonic Unleashed is my favourite game of all time. Comparing the daytime levels in unleashed to the modern levels in generations, I just don't get the same amount of satisfaction from the Generations levels. I even think that Sonic Unleashed is the best looking Sonic game up to today. It might even be one of the nicest looking games on the 360/PS3, period. That's crazy considering it came out closer to the begging of the consoles lifetime than to the end. Also, those CGI cutscenes. OMG. Why have we not gotten something like that since? You were so right saying that it looked like a Pixar movie. (Hell, they may look even better than some Pixar movies.) Iv'e never played God of War, but if I did, I would probably really like it because I loved the Werehog stages. I find myself playing this game over and over and it's not loosing its charm. Also, you said there were DLC stages? um.... WHAT!? WHY DID I NOT KNOW OF THIS!?! BRB PLUGGING MY 360 IN RIGHT NOW.

You know, with the Werehog's beat-em'-up gameplay (and I've heard other people say this too), I feel that if they had given that gameplay to Knuckles (because he and Shadow were originally going to be in Unleashed), no one would've said a word. And I feel that, with a few changes to it, it actually could work for good ol' Knux, as long as they had his signature gliding and wall-climbing powers in there too. Thoughts or suggestions, anyone? Sonic X in 2003 was 1 of his 1st Voice Acting roles ever, so yeah he had so much promise. Unfortunately 2010s decade had to ruin that by replacing him with the awful Roger Craig Smith.
I'm so glad you put unleashed at the top. and just like you I still think sa2 slightly better but unleashed and sa2 are so close that they're basically tied. Sonic unleashed is a phenomenal game for all of the reasons you mentioned. one thing that unleashed will always have over any other sonic game is the amount of polish, effort and passion that was put into it and sonic games haven't really got this right since unleashed. In simply baffles me that anyone can consider generations and colours to better games when the stories of both were lacking, they were incredibly short and generally didn't feel as large and grand as unleashed.

Seeing Sonic Rush in this list made me really happy, it makes me feel really nostalgic!
I don't get what people have against Sonic Unleashed. I guess the Werehog was something Sonic fans just didn't want... but the night time stages are really fun and the day time stages are the best 3D Sonic levels ever. The voice acting is awesome, the music is fucking oustanding, the story is fun, the graphics are great, the side-content is detailed and the whole game is extremely polished. It honestly feels like the biggest Sonic game and felt like it had more effort and care put into it than every other game combined.
It's a fucking awesome game and anyone who says otherwise either hasn't played it or just has bad taste.
Yes! This list is perfect! Makes so much sense. I actually thought Sonic Riders would make it on the list or aleast an honorable mention. That was like my childhood game. 1. I like it. It's definitely one of the most underrated of all the sonic games. Sure it wasn't perfect, but no game really is. The biggest point of a game is to be fun, and this did it right. As said, not perfect, but still good to play.

Dang man. I was pretty much expecting Sonic Unleashed on the list. When I saw generations on the 2 spot(As you said in your top 10 OSTs vid that Unleashed is your 2nd favorite). I thought It was the game that you moved up 2 spaces (As mentioned on Twitter). So I expected unleashed to be an honorable mention. But when I heard that you were not going to be putting adventure 2 as #1 I was like "OK, Unleashed time."

I remember playing Sonic Unleashed and that I really couldn't get into it, I shut it off after about 10 minutes of Werehog gameplay. I LOVED Sonic Unleashed! It was the first Sonic game I have ever picked up, and it even was the game that got me involved with the Sonic fan base. I loved the story, I loved the beautiful graphics, I loved the soundtrack, and I like how they portrayed Sonic's character. And I don't care what other people say: I LOVED THE WEREHOG!!!! Colors started many of the trends that plague the Modern Era of Sonic like crap stories. Rip Dreamcast & 4kids eras for Sonic. Shadow the Hedgehog was a fun darker spin for the Sonic Series.

So can people tell me why people complain about sonic but don't about franchises they like? @@legendofsonic3979 Dude Super Mario Bros 2 (DokiDoki Panic) was great as was Mario Bros. I'm of the opinion that the 2010s Decade was way worse for Sonic's reputation than 3 consecutive Sonic 06 games would have been. The worst Decade of Sonic's career pretty much turned the series into a complete joke. I'm a DBZ fan & that's part of why I liked Sonic so much in the 2000s, sadly Colors writing became the new normal for the series & Roger Craig Smith was a terrible fit for the blue hedgehog.

3:25 to 3:32 Or, you could take the legal route, and use the Game Boy Player, which allows you to play Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and Gameboy Advance games on your Gamecube/TV (that's what I did, and it's great). I love being able to play on my TV with a Gamecube Controller (you can also use the Gameboy Advance/SP as a controller).

Hey piplup fan, for number 1, I agree, SA2 is the best sonic game EVER! I got it when I was literally 5 or 6 and I haven't stopped playing since! Nothing is wrong about, and the muplti-player, and story are infinite! Good job with that pick!
Sonic Unleashed is THE best Sonic game in my opinion. But I never owned a Dreamcast, so my opinion may be skewed. And I loved it because the modern Sonic/Daytime levels gave you the speed from 2 and 3&K with a fresh feel and definitely fresh look considering the PS3 and X-Box 360 could do so much more than a 16 bit Genesis. But like you mentioned in your video, the God of War/Nighttime levels were a piece of variety that made the game feel EVEN MORE fresh and wasn't JUST a beat 'em up. There were also (not many, but a few) puzzles to be solved. Unleashed is one fixed world above Generations......yeah, I made a pun on the Unleashed plot.
Sonic Unleashed was and still is EASILY the BEST Sonic game ever, IMO. Best soundtrack I'v ever heard since Sonic 3, and the Adventure series. Not to mention it's easily the best 3D Sonic game ever. The daytime stages are the most exhilarating, fastest runs ever. Yes, even better then Generations. Not EVERYONE despises the Werehog either. The boss fights and some of the stages he had were actually really fun. They did the combat and nighttime atmosphere beautifully. Most Werehog stages had better music than even the Daytime stages. Oh, and Endless Possibility? The best cover song that was and forever will be for a Sonic Game. Easily.
Then again, this is all my opinion. Let's all not forget the first time we saw that first Sonic Unleashed commercial back in 2008. The nostalgia.

OMG YES SOMEONE WHO AGREES THAT THIS GAME IS REALLY GOOD, I don't know why but for some reason people never put that high on the list if not, not on the list i love sonic unleashed so much and it has made me so happy that i finally saw someone who puts it as number one, okay so it's not technically the number one place and it is technically number two because of the other game but still thank you for making my day with the number one spot on this video. :)
I really need to get around to playing some of these games, especially Rush and Unleashed. Great list as always dude. Even though I don't agree with some of your choices, you explained your points for liking these games so well. Man, I played the hell out of sonic unleashed. IMO, it had the best boost formula gameplay because of how fast you can go especially when you max the speed and boost stat.

Seeing #1 gave me the place for SU again. as soon as the vid finished, i slid the disc for SU into my ps3 and played it.
I've been a fan of Unleashed for a while. I remember when I heard the negative Reviews it was getting. I was totally shocked. It's one of my favorite Sonic games of all time, I liked both the daytime and nighttime stages. Maybe cause I like speed and beat'em ups. But i couldn't understand why so many people were bashing on it, maybe because 06 came out before and it was cool to hate on Sonic now. Cause before 06 I never really noticed too much hate for the blue blur. But I loved Unleashed nonetheless I found it to be a very enjoyable game overall.
I'll try to keep this as brief as possible;I teard up when you said sonic unleashed. That was a game i loved as a kid, but never finished, because i was scared of one level for some reason... But i hope i can get a wii u to re start the game from the begining after years of gathering dust.Yeah, being a sonic fan is hard, concidering all the games it's had in the past-Sonic 06 witch i'd love to play just for the lols of it, and sonic lost world, witch i wish i can get my money back form it.but i've hardly ever played console sonic, i'm more of a ds person, so obviously a game from there will be my favourite, and it's the sonic rush series-also include Sonic colours ds, because it's similar to the rush sceries.I just wish sega will get it into their heads:Make sonic games with similar controlls-story-level designs etc as Unleashed and Colours console for future console games-and fans will be happy. For the hadhelds-don't make them 3d like stupid lost world! I hated it! I'm use to 2d sonig with some/little 3d stage, like a final boss or something. If you make sonic games for handhelds 2d with few 3d levels, like Sonic Rush/sr adventures and colours, hand held fans of sonic will be happy.(i tried deleating stuff to make it as less as possible, but i can't water it down any more :(.)
