Nepalese nurses are earning 1.20 lakhs to 3.0 lakhs per month in UAE that too tax-free.
Doctor salary in Nepal is too low , get a medical license in UAE, its not that tough, and practice there

      70k where?
In major cities? haha.. the offer starts at 28k for MBBS and 38-50k for MD.
If you are offered 1lakh and above after MBBS in rural/semi-urban, the work life is hectic.
You are on duty 24/7. Plus, if it is not your home area/town/gau, the local people are always ready to either extort you or trash you.
Imagine running a 15 bedded hospital, along with emergency and OPD services, either single handedly or with 2 other doctors.
If you go and attend emergency, the people waiting for you in OPD will come and drag you by the collar.
If you go and attend someone admitted, people in OPD and emergency will come and trash you.
If you apply for a leave, the Hospital Adekshya and Medical superintendent will threaten you to resign and go.
      THIS IS THE REALITY.
Underpaid, Over-worked, No-work life balance, Constant threat, No job security, Political pressure, Mafia pressure.
We have a family to feed. We have obligations. We have personal duties.
My own mother was on the emergency bed, and I was denied a leave. I RESIGNED immediately! and never went back.
Many are working under mandatory scholarships bond for 2 years and can't do anything.
IRONIC isn't it? People telling you don't have a right to earn to fund your own family.
No wonder every doctor is on the verge of leaving NEPAL.

How about learning your cultural medicine of shamanic healing and ayurveda instead of working for a depressing and misleading pharma industry??

precisely , leave ASAP don't even think about doing PG or other here.
Another alternative if (USMLE or PLAB ) is not possible is go to INDIA and give FMGE/MCI exam and work as a MO there and give PG exams there.
But whatever the case leave this country , this country ain't for DOCTORS.
The politics has engulfed this country.
      Don't think just leave.
Don't do what others are doing.
      Escape the rat race.
