Peachy I can't believe we let you get to this point without reacting to our Hymn. The Queen Spring Day, released in 2017 and it's still charting in Korea to this day! This song is so special and gorgeous, I wish you would have put the subtitles on, but now you can react to the MV and the explanation video, because this song is related to a tragedy that happened in Korea in 2014, a ferry sank and many people, majority students, sadly passed away. Don't forget to grab tissues for that one
Knowing the context of this song gets me every time and then hearing Taehyung singing "You know it all, you're my best friend..." makes me cry each time. His voice invokes the painful reality of what happened then. Also, Yoongi's part about his friend < which he raps about in "Dear My Friend"> causes the tears to flow. "Spring Day". the Queen...

This is totally not strange or surprising to ARMY, this is very jihope. I'm sure you'll also watch lots of things where you just not noticed them in the background. They are very cute, huggy, clingy with each other (I'm not saying it in a shipper way. I do not ship them!) jimin is one of the only jhope really does that with. jhope is a bit huggy, clingy with jin too but not in the sweet way like with jimin. Watch more jihope, as Army you should know them and how close and sweet they been and are. I also think that had a lot to do with their fight being so emotional.
I honestly think that new army who has joined the last few years seem to not know them at all, it's so strange since they are so close and have so much moments together.

Taehyung has the widest vocal range and it reflects so well when he sings those high pitches effortlessly. It comes naturally to him, he doesn't need to push harder. He's extremely talented and his voice is so deep. And you're right, you can feel the song with your whole body when Taehyung sings.

If you loved their blended voices so much and you haven't reacted to it yet, then you must definitely react to their MTV Cover of 'Fix You', it absolutely rocks. Although Tiny Desk made me realise how incredible J-Hope's singing voice is! I am not sure when i realised this about SUGA or RM, but the most recent revelation was when i figured out that they might stand in the back on performances, mostly, but their dancing has improved amazingly, in an almost uniform to the rest way. Wow❤

To hear RM give the most inspiring Motivational Speech...find and watch when he addresses the General Assembly in the United Nations. It's one of the best speeches I've ever heard. That was BTS's 1st appearance at the United Nations. On their 3rd visit they were allowed to film their new #1 song "Permission to Dance" in the Assembly Hall then on to the outside grounds. All their backup dancers had to pass an intense security background test! You might consider watching the MV of "Permission to Dance" first. Look carefully. They incorporate sign language into the song. The deaf community felt very honored!

Some of my fave live performances of theirs are the series they did for mtv unplugged. Fix You, Blue and Grey, Life Goes On, and telepathy. The harmonies and pairings are insane

This is probably my 100th time seeing this Tiny Desk - I never get tired of it … I’m so grateful I was already ARMY when this came out…so this is just so beautiful and such warm memories of comfort during difficult times … BTS got me through difficult COVID times - they are my main source of happiness and strength and comfort !

I notice and obessed with Jin’s scrunched up nose when he sings!! Talk about passion!!! Peachy trying watching when he sings !!! All the guys are awesome!! This tiny desk concert is how I cut my teeth on their individual sounds! I had just started watching BTS and couldn’t tell who was who cuz they would change hair colors and microphones🤣🤣 so once I watched this I could actually recognize them individually ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤪
I wish you would have the CC on, then you would understand their expressions, Tae holding Jin etc.. Tiny Desk added Eng+Korean subtitles to their performance and what they said in-between songs too.
You can always click the CC button, as long as it doesn't say "auto-generated" it's good.
Also some of the dancing like Save Me RM's part, when you get to that song later with MV and choreo etc. you'll understand that it's part of it.
peachy always has a habit of turning on the CC even if it's auto generated so it sucks that she somehow decided to turn it off for this specific video 😭

You are right. Let me tell you a brief story of how the pandemic affected BTS in the beginning. BTS flew to California to film "On." The artsy MV version is full of symbolism. Beautiful cinematography. But it's a little confusing. Then they filmed the Kinetic Manifesto version of "On" outside in CA. They flew to NYC to film many TV segments with Jimmy Fallon. Find and watch all of them. They are very good. The last video they filmed at Grand Central Station on February 24, 2020. Jimmy introduced them on his Tonight Show, and I was watching. I had never heard of them before. Being in the Musical Theatre world and being a director and choreographer, I immediately recognized the Masterful Masterpiece they had just performed. The most amazing and in sync choreography ever. I would love for you to watch it. There is no MV to watch because it's copyrighted by NBC. Luckily, someone taped it on their TV and there is a viable copy of it on TH-cam. This was BTS's debut of "On" on Live TV to promote their album "7." And to promote their World Wide concert tour to promote their brand new album. They had practiced and worked so hard. The "On" choreography was their most difficult to date. The very next day they were called into a meeting by upper mgmt. The meeting was filmed and is on TH-cam. Their manager announced their Worldwide 🌐 Tour was cancelled immediately. The pandemic had hit. The world was shut down. BTS was shut down! They were devastated to say the least. In shock. They couldn't believe it because they had worked so hard. "On" never was performed for a Live Audience.* They were sad and angry at the same time. Thus began their descent into the pandemic. It was so very hard for all of them. That's a whole other story. So yes, you are right. The pandemic stole their livelihood. There reason for existing. To perform. *years later they got to perform it Live at their first concert in California. They vowed to perform it first if they ever got to perform Live again...

If I can describe their voices is like candy. The vocal line is like the smooth and velvety center of a Lindt chocolate truffle, and the rap line is like Butterfinger. So smooth outside, but crunchy and has that buttery taste in the center. I don’t know, I’m just weird 😆 warm and comforting song for ANY season: “Zero o’ clock” (sung only by the vocal line) 😊🫶🏼 💜
