Yeah, I'm kinda of an old fart (grognard). I'm 62 and found my first game when I was 12. That's 1971 for the amateur historians. That game was AH's Kriegspiel. Have been playing them ever since,50 years and counting. Great channel too. Cheers.

I was a subscriber to S&T way back in the day when Dunnigen was editor and publisher. The New York days that is. Don't be too upset about a late issue, I'm still waiting on a copy of S&T from 1980, I think. They went under and sold it to TSR. What a joke! Anyways, some of the mag games were better than some of the boxed stuff. Berlin 85 comes to mind. Good game for solitaire but against an in person opponent, not so much. But solo it had a lot to offer. Good review.
