    Ever since RBM studio started to produced deluxe boxed games, I've been hoping that they give this one that treatment. It's not likely to happen but I still hope it does. I know people are hit or miss on the mounted board aspect, but I still think this one needs thicker cards and brown core counters.

    Empire of the sun
    I tried to learn that fairly early on in my gaming career (ie like a year and a half ago).
    I assumed that, because it used cards, it would be easy.
    Boy, was I mistaken. I failed.
    I’ve gotten experience learning complicated systems since, but I’m still a little hesitant.
    The way even simple things like movement worked is so strange.
    Some day I’ll go back.
    I have so much else to learn now, though.
    I’ve got War of the Suns in the mail...

    Another fine video which i shouldn't have watched because yet again I am forced to buy something I don't have the money for
    An well, if my wife feels compelled to make her monthly contribution to Harrahs bottom line, I feel I can justify a war game mag.
