I am sorry to say, this is really an I'll informed video. Am a Chef and I have been working in France for more then 12 years now. First of all red wine is not necessary made from dark color grapes. The color of wine depends upon the amount of grape skin fermented up-to a certain period of time. Dark grapes does produces some classic French white wines too, likewise the green grapes also produces few of the best red wines.

Madera red wine has some sort of extra Sulphur content which gives allergy to women, which the imported wines do not in most cases. The taste is good though. Tried both the red and white wine of Madera.
It's not sulphur but sulphite . It's used to maintain freshness and colour in red wine . If a person is suffering from breathing trouble then allergic reaction can take place .
many often i use Madera, its a good wine in price point for an avrage salaried indivisual in india ,, . I would recomend to try LOTUS brand red wine .. its a very affordable full body
My suggestion is for beginners and experience persons better to have Imported wines like White or red wine example Cape wine ,,Black tower or tripachi wines

After 8th day filter it and transfer the wine into other bottle. I will get you the taste and 1 glass wine is equivalent to 2 pegs of chivas regal.. Smooth and good taste and since it's a natural home made ..there's no any Side effect ..it will stop the aging you will look younger and younger ..
