- Today I unbox the latest offering by Team Corally called the KAGAMA. A 1/8th scale truggy Essentially an updated version of the Kronos 6s. I give my first impressions and carry out a in depth comparison to my V2 Kronos. I was surprised to see the amount of changes TC have made. They definitely went to town on this new rig. Come see all the awsone upgrades this new KAGAMA has! 💪💪💥😎
Great review. It looks like Team Corally finally listened to everyone's complaints about broken parts. This one actually looks worth buying. thanks for the review. I wish though that Team Corally were better represented in the U.S. like arrma. arrma is so popular since you can get the parts so easy in the U.S.
Thx dude. I feel the kagama is now in direct competition with the kraton 6s and the Sledge. With all the upgrades it now give the big boys a run for it's money! I'm just installing the electronics.... soon it will be ready for its first beating... I mean bash lol!🙂
@@inspiredrcI have to disagree.. It's a step above both those.. Both of those chassis will bend on light bashes.. The Kagama will not

Yeah man. I'm impressed with the xp. Really all it needs are so 7075 bits. Like it is it reminds me of the sledge but without that motor mount rubbish!
@@inspiredrc And far better stock hardware.. Hardened steel gears as opposed to powder metal and also spring steel..A 6061 chassis that can actually take a bashing unlike arrma and traxxas chassis..7075 is not needed with this rig unless you go super big and crash then you might bend a shock tower a bit or snap a standoff screw.. I actually run foam underneath the body it helps to protect the front shock Tower and standoffs

Thx buddy. The rig looks like its got alot of potential. I wished it had 7075 chassis and towers. I suppose 3rd parties are going to jump all over it. 🙂

Yes your right and I'm glad they are. With a bit on m2c bling this rig would be a TANK! 💪💪
Before you beat on it change the shock oil it's WAY to stiff out of the box and wants to tumble over!!
It's really tough apart from the upper wing mounts!!..
Thx for the advice bro. I am impressed with the upgrades and yes the shock oil seems to feel a little thick. It's prob going to need some tuning. What shock oil are you running?
I went to 500 cst in the rear and 600 in the front, still going to need a bit more tuning but a lot better.

Hello... to be honest I'd get the kagama with the team corally 7075 tower upgrade.
My Kronos xtr look like it’s a midlife evolution between the two.
Yes buddy. The xtr has the much needed 7075 towers and 7075 chassis. I can imagine tc releasing a xtr version of the Kagama in the future, which would be epic!
