- The Saints Row reboot got one of it's promised expansions, Saints Row Heist & The Hazardous DLC, and so I played through the whole thing co-op with Matthew! While the expansion is pretty basic, I did enjoy returning to the game. I pushed this game to completion and had a lot of fun when others didn't quite get on with it... is it worth it in 2023?

@@TheInfamousTyrell well…no I wasn’t paid but there’s a good explanation of why I say it’s good…I have autism so I think much different and act much different…and I understand that the story isn’t great and the character not as Iconic as Johnny gat but once I saw the idols and the crazy customization you can do to make your character into literally everything,I mean who else can you kill idols while being Peter griffin or Shaggy😂🤣…plus the game is good to blow off steam from stressful games

Remember, The Ballad of Gay Tony came out in 2009. Saints Row's DLC expansion came out this year. How Saints Row's DLC is even worth $10 is beyond me.

Ok this is the only time I’m gonna respectfully disagree, the game deserved the hate, the devs did not listen to the fans one bit and just pushed out a crappy game that didn’t relate to the original Saints Row games whatsoever, it was like they just slapped the saints row name on it to try and make some money off of it but just failed miserably and possibly ruined the name of Saints Row for the future
It's a reboot it doesn't have to relate to the other 4 games

I dunno about this game... They should of made the story better and made the characters abit more gangster. I like the driving and some customization but I think they could of improved more on the story, combat and characters overall.

i mean i guess it is probably because they were legally obliged to release SOME sort of DLC because of their pre-order marketing material but still - i don't know a SINGLE person who even touched this game in the past 9 months.
i myself pre-ordered this trash - the "notorious edition" and when i wanted to cancel my pre-order i was told it is too late so i just had to deal with this mistake.
i did play through this game once, which gameplay wise it was a DECENT game but story wise it was pretty shit.
since i own that "notorious edition" i technically also have access to this DLC but then again, i didn't touch this garbage game for 9 months and i am not even going to bother touching it now even though extra content was added to it "that i paid for".
like, this game was a waste of 100GB on my PS5, its not even worth it to re-install this crap

Represents good value so long as you cover your ears during all the dialogue and if you close your eyes, cover your ears and go “LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA…” during the cutscenes.

The cars in this game are so slow I could outrun them in a DMC Delorean. Car customization is the only positive from the entire game, but that doesn't matter when they all feel like you're just barely outpacing a kid on a scooter. Might as well just buy Automation if you want no-limits car customization.
