- Considering how jam-packed, wordy and fast so many of Bo's songs are (particularly the earlier stuff), it's amazing just how few flubs he's made over the years. And of course he manages to seize the moment and turn those rare lyrical screw-ups into entertaining bits in their own right.

that's the thing about bo, whenever he messes up (rarely) , instead of just pretending like it didn't happen or correcting himself, he throws himself backwards onto the floor and talks about how live theater is transient art.

If you watch lots of Bo’s shows you know how stressed he gets when he messes up or people interrupt him
and the "it was still awesome" and "atleast u tried"

@@reyariass Uh, it's kinda weird you want to watch a dude have a panic attack. But aside from that, as someone who has panic attacks, they arent always explosive and cinematic. In a way you "get used" to them, still feels like you're dying and every part of your body is screaming. But, yknow.

"I still love you" isn't heckling... and he was out of character at that moment, so he wasn't gonna be like "you don't know me!" when she's supporting him lol
Positivity “heckling” is my favorite hobby (I’m a musician and when I’m at open mics with beginner performers, I like to break the tension like she did if they mess up etc to make them less nervous and/or encourage them to keep performing) so seeing her “heckling” help him with what was possibly a panic attack made me smile 🥰
You know what, he does a really good job of rebounding after screw up.

@@beewhiched Speaking from experience, it's not always easy to tell when your first panic attack was. I didn't even know I *had* an anxiety disorder until I was 23, but I actually had my first panic attack when I was like 12. Didn't know what it was at the time so I didn't remember it being my first panic attack until I actually thought back on it after being diagnosed.
Bo is SO good at recovery, the flubs never make him seem bad, they just show how good he can improv when things go awry.
I know everyone in the comments talked about what happened in 1:28 but I don’t think anybody realizes that after making him giggle and say thanks, she asked if he was okay and that why he answers say he’s okay, I think even though she technically heckled that a real true fan right there, making sure that he’s doing alright, especially with what we know about his anxiety now, I think that was very sweet and must’ve helped him alof

The “I still love you!” And the shy smile “thanks” was the cutest thing ever
And I’ve observed that whenever bo messes up instead of saying it okay and continuing the song he throws himself back on the floor in defeat

Everybody knows by now that he would get panic attacks on stage. I feel sad that he gets so stressed when he messes up the lyrics. Like, Bo, nobody could do what you could do. It’s amazing that he, first, even thought of the lyrics, and second, that he could ever perform it %100 accurately almost every time. He doesn’t realize that the thing to marvel at isn’t the “perfect performance” rather, it’s the product itself that’s already amazing. We don’t care if Bo messes up sometimes because we know he’s incredibly talented. He’s better than any of us could be at what he does. I just wish he wouldn’t feel the need to be perfect to the point of ruining what he loves for himself.

1:23 hits very differently now after Inside. You can’t always rebound with comedy and, imo, he already looked stressed before the mistake. Honestly whoever that girl was who said “I still love you” helped more than she realized. That little “Thanks” at the end feels so genuine
