Going thru exact process and I actually felt guilty but thie truth is my life has completely changed I suffer some days I am in incredible pain I have major sleep deprivation and I mean I could go on and on and it just pisses me off I went to physido for almost a full year and my injuries remained and I have got to the point that I have to live with this BS for the rest of my life and all everybody cares about is a few thousand dollers
I wish more people knew this and wouldn't be under the assumption there going to living large. If your car had next to no damage I'm only going to offer a small maybe 1k plus your first week of treatment (if you didn't seek treatment in a week I won't offer anything). As a side note to people watching this if your claim was denied most of the time we really believe your medical provider if they say you are hurt but weren't before the accident. PLEASE REMEMBER PEOPLE IF YOU AS A PERSON LOOKING AT THE DAMAGE TO A VEHICLE WOULDNT THINK THEY WOULD BE INJUTED NEITHER WILL WE.
Keep defending insurance companies you sick suck. I knew at least 4 people with lifetime pain and life has changed and the $30-$50k they got big deal. They should get a million for a lifetime of pain
Hi I have a question If you're hit by an 18 wheeler on the express doing about 50 miles per hour Who changed from the right lane to the left lane Hits your car With two other passengers in it you stop after being hit but the 18 wheeler keeps going He gets cited by state trooper 3 EXITS up From where the accident happened The state trooper cites him for changing lanes when unsafe to do so and a (W) for warning I don't understand why it wasn't a hit a run 🤔 If I stopped And kept going The guy driving 18 wheeler says he had the right of way Then says he didn't know he hit me then says He'll call the cops Or we could just go our separate ways I called them for him I went to a pain management chiropractor the next day For pain In my neck and lower back For about 4 months before having an MRI Then 2 more months of pain management after the MRI MRI shows I have herniated discs in my neck C4-5 C5-6 If someone wanted you to represent them far as being their attorney for an accident case like that Would you take it And also the 18 wheeler had out state license plates Not sure how much weight this holds But state trooper says to me in his opinion The 18 wheeler is 💯 percent at fault I know everybody has opinions I had asked you this question Because I had watched another one of your videos Great videos by the way And I just wanted to know if this would be case that you would take Thanks

This is a commercial case and that policy is most likely no less than a million dollars, plus umbrella, etc. if you’re having HAs, Insomnia, Cognitive Issues, Dizziness, etc-you may have a TBI / Concussion / Post Concussion Syndrome. These types of injuries are significant & can impact you and your family long term. A surgical recommendation, especially for Spinal Injuries are also serious. He's missing the offer of settlement, bad faith angle. Send the OJ, and get over 125% of amount, and you can recoup attys fees, hit punative damages and have a party with damages. He is missing the OJ.
