Hey man, it's always good to communicate :) and It honestly depends on the setter. Aiden and I typically run at a faster pace. With anyone new, I typically run high-balls to play it safe till we can build a rhythm.
One of my guys likes getting set low or mid but on rare occasions calls high balls. I think it’s important to call every time.

We are based out of Edmonton. Any ball that hits any surface other than the net and body parts is considered a dead ball. I know some places let you play off the roof, but not in this league
