This is what happens when a company outsources there sanitation and cleaning crew. There is no one to come and inspect after the cleaning crew has left. Once I rented an apartment at the beach and when I arrived to my apartment, I found the cleaning crew were sleeping in the beds. The cleaning company keeps a copy of the keys to all of the units that they clean and they turn around and use those keys to stay on the premises. Nothing screams vacation like getting to clean up after the cleaning company. Imagine ordering a meal and when it arrives at your table, half of it has already been eaten by a stranger.

If you go to a hotel would you expect there to be trash half way full, a hair clip from some unknown person, an unmade bed with sheets that the last person slept on, no hot water and on top of that the stove doesn't work so they can't cook. Air B&B runs like a hotel and the house should be spotless and everything in running condition for the next guest to be able to stay there.

It is an $800 per night rental property and I think most people would complain about the condition. The guy in the film was hired to go in and point out shortcomings in the rental. When someone pays $800 per night for a property they should expect clean sheets on all the beds, appliances that work, empty trash cans, hot water, coffee for the Keurig, etc etc.

This is what happens when a company outsources there sanitation and cleaning crew.
There is no one to come and inspect after the cleaning crew has left. Once I rented an apartment at the beach and when I arrived to my apartment, I found the cleaning crew were sleeping in the beds. The cleaning company keeps a copy of the keys to all of the units that they clean and they turn around and use those keys to stay on the premises. Nothing screams vacation like getting to clean up after the cleaning company.
Imagine ordering a meal and when it arrives at your table, half of it has already been eaten by a stranger.
