To anyone going through this make sure your windows flash drive is latge enough windows will not tell you that it is too small older windows flash drives do not work with new hardware.

I highly recommend you guys to buy a wifi adapter this fixed my issue I was able to update my PC and got the WiFi to work again as normal without the wifi adapter
