Thank you Madam for your video. I find that in India the word felicitate has somehow come to be associated exclusively with honouring someone or some people publicly by giving speech etc for his/her/their achievements in some fields. In fact the most accepted meaning of felicitate is to congratulate someone/some people which can be done by just making a phonecall and not necessarily holding a public reception in his/her/their honour.

Create an outline highlighting all the points you want to include in the speech. Try and keep your speech to a maximum of five steps. You can include a felicitation point in your speech where you thank your faculty members.
