Your flying is always a good watch Michael, so enjoyable. As my forest isn't big, thankfully, I think this is the only Timber that I absolutely would love to own. AirHammer out!!
Great flying as always Mike! I 100% agree this plane is everything and more than I was hoping for! The power system, flight capabilities just everything about it! I wouldn't change a thing! Best timber yet and I know... but I can't help it, it's SUPER! Now if I had your flyin' skills! 😉😀
Thanks John! I still need to work on flying and talking at the same time. You make it sound so easy and natural. I’m still a little forced but hopefully it will start to get easier.
You sir are one hell of a excellent pilot. very very nice!! you fly with such confidence and ease. Im going out tomorrow to maiden mine but it wont be as exciting as yours. thank you very much for sharing Michael.👍👍👍👍👍
People are wanting to put those same tires on. They say the inflatable ones are way to bouncy. That's funny. Good call and great flying sir. Very fun to watch.
Fantastic flying! I really like your commentary while you fly, please keep doing this! I would also suggest you put any changes from stock (rates, servo travel, expo, pushrod positions) into the notes as it could help others get the most from their planes.
Thanks Brad. With all the other so-called reviewer/influencers out there I just stay in my lane so to speak and do more thorough flight demonstrations.
Exceptional first flight..........not just the standard T.O. fly in circles (Usually in turbulent winds) and then land. I' would like to see an extended upright flat spin and likewise inverted with any model, but the flat that was done tells a lot. I'm going to check out some more of your vid's. Great, thanks! Also good camera coverage.
Hi Michael, I have a Timbra PNP version of my receiver and an Aurora radio. There is no written deflection for this radio in the settings. Please measure the elevator deflection in mm. When the small and large flaps are deflected. Thank you. You fly beautifully.
Maybe by beeing the first to comment, the youtube-gods reward me with 1/100 of your flying skills, sir, it would still be enough for impressive aerobatics Excellent flying as always, Greetings from italy
Hi Michael, wonder if you could answer whether you think this would be a good "First" RC plane to learn with and allow for more advanced flight later. I was almost decided on an E-Flite 1.2m model, either the F4U Corsair, P51 Mustang or P47 Razorback but I do think I would quickly outgrow them and want to upgrade. Could this 1.7m Super Timber be a good learning platform? I do already have many years experience flying drones and RC helicopters but not fixed wings so I hope I can take to the new format quite quickly. Thanks for your time.
Although the Super Timber is reasonably easy to fly I would recommend something like the Apprentice or AeroScout as a first plane. Once you are comfortable with one of those you should have no issues moving to the Super Timber. Once you are comfortable flying the Super Timber I'd recommend the Cherokee 1.3m as a first low wing. All are outstanding flying planes.
Nice flight Michael like alway's ! It's not a surprise ! 😂 I get mine last two weeks ! I d'ont fly this beauty yet ! Some People's complaints about to much trim ! It is happen to you ? 💙✈️👍or some others problems !
@@michaelclinerc3211 Thank you Michael ! I check everything on mine ,just to make sure everything is OK ! So happy with this plane ! Really well made ! ✈️👍
Hey Mike, awesome flying! I just picked mine up last weekend and did a maiden yesterday. I really like how she flys as this is my first Timber as I normally fly jets so it's a huge departure from what I am used to. I noticed it needs quite a bit of aileron trim to keep her level, are you also seeing this? I am also am swapping out the tires for Drako tires as I already have 1 bad tire that won't stay inflated and really don't want to mess with the air if needed at the field.
Did you set up a mix for the flaps / elevator so plane does not balloon when you drop the flaps, or is this a 'stock' setup? Did you use the Spektrum NX7e and what do you think of it? Going to review it? Great video. Curious how you fly and film at the same time? Camera? Beautiful video.
Thanks John! The flap/elevator mix is the recommended mix from the manual. It’s really close if not right on so I recommend starting there. The NX7e is a perfect radio for me. It has enough channels to be able to fly any of the E-flite BNF’s and Hangar 9 ARF’s that I have. It’s reasonably priced and I think it looks pretty cool. I record all my videos using my iPhone 11 mounted in a homemade balsa wood bracket that is attached to the bill of a ball cap. For what it lacks in sophistication it more than makes up for with functionality.
@@michaelclinerc3211 Haha, balso wood setup. Works great though. Keep up the excellent videos. Have you considered making "short" videos on instructing some of your remarkable maneuvers with the plane? All the best.
That is an easy to see airplane, and has a great flight envelope. The size is what I like. It could be the airplane I can fly as I lose my reflexes. Don't need to do all the fancy aerobatics, just fly it slower.
Hey Doug, the Super Timber is really a nice docile flying plane with reduced control throws. I have been very impressed with the slow speed characteristics.
Great flying Mike...as usual! She's a smooth flyer and a keeper!
Thanks Adam! It really flies much better than I was expecting.
Great flight as always, enjoyed watching you put the plane through it's paces 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you very much!
Your flying is always a good watch Michael, so enjoyable. As my forest isn't big, thankfully, I think this is the only Timber that I absolutely would love to own.
AirHammer out!!
Thanks Airhammer!!!
Outstanding flying buddy. Love to see you work this plane over. Well done.
Thanks Will!
Very nice flying demo ! I am impressed with your smooth flying - with energetic maneuvers thrown in.
Thank you very much!
Absolutely the best presentation of the Super Timber! 🍻🇬🇧
Thank you very much Mark!!!
Just wanted to thank you for inspiring me to get into 3D flying! Your videos are the major reason i practiced more.
You’re welcome and glad I could help!
Your every flying plane had a perfect servo travel and CG setting. Nice flying!
Thanks a lot!
I love it when rc planes can do way more than expected. I have a Calmato of which I never expected it would be able to hover
The versatility of the Super Timber is impressive.
Great maiden & nice flying, as usual! 👍Might have to think about adding one of these to my hangar! 😎
Joel, I think you’re going to want one of these.
Very nice bird Mike. Cool on the sticks. 👍👍😎
Thank you!

Great flying! A pleasure to watch.
Thank you very much!!!
Top notch flying, as usual, and I really enjoyed the commentary. I hope you'll continue adding commentary to your videos.
Thanks Dave. My intent is to continue to narrate my videos. Talking and flying doesn’t come naturally for me but I’ll keep trying.
Beutifull flying mike! Precise and elegent, like always.
Thanks Thomas!
You sir are one hell of a excellent pilot. very very nice!! you fly with such confidence and ease. Im going out tomorrow to maiden mine but it wont be as exciting as yours. thank you very much for sharing Michael.👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks Joe! I appreciate your comments!
Another great flight, enjoy the new format with you talking through it. Excellent
Thanks Chris. I’m planning to continue to narrate my videos. Hopefully I can think of enough things to say.
People are wanting to put those same tires on. They say the inflatable ones are way to bouncy. That's funny. Good call and great flying sir. Very fun to watch.
Thanks 👍
Whoa!! The plane seems very capable of doing a lot of 3d flying fun Micheal👍😎👍
It’s surprisingly agile. It flies much better than I was expecting.
Fantastic flying! I really like your commentary while you fly, please keep doing this!
I would also suggest you put any changes from stock (rates, servo travel, expo, pushrod positions) into the notes as it could help others get the most from their planes.
Thanks! I plan to continue with the narration and I’ll be sure to include any changes from stock that I’ve made.
I've watch quite a few Super Timber videos and they are all good pilots but your flying is next level IMHO.
Thanks Brad. With all the other so-called reviewer/influencers out there I just stay in my lane so to speak and do more thorough flight demonstrations.
Good and thought review!

Thank you! It does excellent upright and inverted flat spins. I’ll try and include these in the float flying video.
Wow from down under ❤

Thank you. Unfortunately I recently sold mine so I won’t be able to help you.

Greetings from italy
Thank you very much and I appreciate that you watched my video way over there in Italy.
impressive pilot
Thanks Henry!!!
Hello Michael, what would you recommend for the optimal battery choice to blend CG and aerobatic type flying. Great job! Anthony
Thanks Anthony!!! I have flown mine with 6s 3200, 6s 4000 and 6s 5000 packs and I recommend the 6s 4000 for the best for CG and flight duration.

Yes, absolutely. Plenty of power for extreme aerobatics.

I’ve not seen it for sale for $399.

Hello Michael, any idea when it will be on RealFlight simulator?
I want to see somebody fly mine like this
Nice . Scill is still very imprecive mr.😊

Mike this video gone have me trying to fly like this and I can’t 😅

Hey Doug, the Super Timber is really a nice docile flying plane with reduced control throws. I have been very impressed with the slow speed characteristics.
Hh only has a dx6e in stock, will that work with the timber or do you need 7 channels for flaps/ safe? Thanks
You can use the DX6e and will allow you to have flaps and SAFE. You won’t be able to use thrust reversing though.
You got skills. This will be my last timber.
Thank you! It’s the best foam Timber I’ve flown.
Losing a wheel in a field sounds like something I would do.
Yeah, it was kind of a dumb thing to do. Thankfully HH has them in stock so we’re back in the game with the inflatables.
The supertimber and I can’t fly it. 😅
No bounce. Keep the replacement wheels!!
I agree. I’ve flown it both ways and the solid tires definitely have less bounce than the inflated tires.
It land better with the tiers u got them other tiers are trash 🚮
