I'm not able to lift my hands even suffering from so much pain .

I think you must focus on not eating red meats, fats, beer, softdrinks, seasoning on foods, too much seafoods, sweets, instant foods and coffee, lose weight, enough sleep and drink a lot of water instead of any drinks. Thats what makes my gout and osteoarthritis go back and forth even without eating that fruits on the video.
