Please try turmeric or curcumin combined with black pepper. I've been taking a supplement that contains turmeric, ginger and bromelain which has helped me immensely with the pain I had in my knees due to osteoarthritis.
@@shamiqazi4481 On alternate days I take one or two ginger turmeric and bromelain by Nature's Aid with food that contains black pepper or one Curcumin 3 600mg with piperine by Health Aid.I hope this helps.

As I’m listening to this, had knee pain for last two weeks. Have two dogs & two teenage kids. Just getting around takes so much longer to do nearly anything. My Hot Yoga practice is more challenging than ever! 😓 Eating organic arugula, sardines, chickpeas, hard boiled eggs & pumpkin seeds with olive oil & balsamic. I die. It’s pretty good as I’ve been a pescatarian since 16 and gave up running because it was too stressful for the joints.

Tumeric has its own side effects. Better to get information on the harmfulness of tumeric from google.
