Donna Noble see I watched this a month ago and I'm watching this again after my mum saw billie piper at her work looking stoned but her dog was adorable apparently so it's all fine
None of the older doctors are unrecognized. They may have aged, but Tom has his forever surprised eyes and Colin still has that warm, classic smile. And David is just. No words.
I also enjoyed Colin's little part at the end, because I knew from a few articles that he felt 'left out' from the 50th Anniversary episode, so it was nice to hear (literally) from him.
John Hurt is such a cute little old man. There was a guy in my choir who looked just like him! Sadly, he moved away, but I still see him from time to time. This episode was great. I have no issues with it at all. Did anyone notice the "round things" on the museum wall? LOL!
I got so emotional seeing Rose again ;) i was so exited to see Matt and David working together & my mum saw was so exited to see Tom Baker! This show really had helped me to get threw a few things and i wish you all a happy 50th!
I was crying when I see the episode on TV, on the last part. When all the doctors appears together. OMG, when I stop and think about, I just want to cry and celebrate. My dream is meet Matt Smith and Jenna Coleman ❤️
***** He couldn't have at least taken an hour or two to film the regeneration scene at the end? Just feels like a bit of a slight towards the show and it's fans.
I had tears in my eyes when they revealed that it was Colin Baker doing the narration for this. I knew I recognised the voice, but couldn't quite place it. And Moffat was completely right, I was crying when Tom Baker turned up ...
I think I've been half crying this whole time... 5 Doctors in all were there... Sort of just hit me all at once who the man at the end with Matt was, and I think I cried more than ever at that point... I've gone through every episode of Doctor Who EVER (that hasn't been "lost"), and... oh my God, I can't wait for the new season to begin.
I have been watching the re-runs of Dr Who on the Horror channel and just now it is Tom in the driving seat, what a great Dr he was it was so good they cast him in the 50th here's to another 50 years.
Grace Halpape When he says "I'm Colin Baker, the Sixth Doctor. Happy anniversary, Doctor Who.", I thought he was going to say "I'm Colin Baker, the Sixth Doctor, whether you like it or not." like he does at the end of "The Twin Dilemma".
What a fantastic episode it was, it was just perfect and managed to not only look back to the past at its rich history but also look to the future and show the world that this old sci fi show still has many milenias left in it.
This was a very cool special.Getting to see Tom Baker again after all these years was special in & of itself.Bring on the Christmas special & the new season!! Was so happy to see Tennant back. The tenth Doctor will ALWAYS be my favorite incarnation.
2 things. Firstly, they couldn't get Paul McGann to play his Eight Doctor at the end? Did they really need a body double for him? The others I can understand, but Tennant played Tennant. Even Sylvester could've gotten away with it. Secondly, Matt's wearing Amy's glasses???
They probably wanted the characters to appear as they were commonly known to look like. 'The Night of the Doctor' was a short episode and might have been considered as important. The Doctor Who movie was a lot longer, but I wonder if the BBC should fully claim the rights to it and have it edited.
During this video I never stop thinking that voice-over was veeery familiar... Ta-da! It's Colin Baker! It was wonderful anniversary episode - thank you all! You are great!)
+Allana Chong Yeah, it's too bad he's not a fan of the show, or he might have done it! Could you imagine, though? FOUR Doctors at the same time? Heavens help us all.
David Tennant and Matt Smith together is such an amazing pairing along with John Hurt's war doctor. This is the best doctor who special right next to David's End of Time specials.
My mom made me watch all the classic doctor who episodes from the time i was four until the time i was six tom baker coming back for that episode nearly gave me a heart attack baker and tennant are my doctors :)
I watched The day of the doctor just a week ago. This is my first time seeing it and seeing THIS. And it just made me cry. I really wish I watch this show years ago, to watch the anniversary when it first came out. I can´t believe a making of jusT MADE ME CRY
Seeing David and Billie sitting together chatting on Gallifrey... THE FEELS. ALL OF THEM.
Hi Donna
OMG DONNA KISS ME YOU REMEMBER YOU EVER REMEBER I PROCESSAR ALL OF DIREÇÃO DE DOCTOR RU BECAUSE I LOVE IU AND IU REMEMBER
The feels were very strong but it was nice to see them all together.
Donna Noble see I watched this a month ago and I'm watching this again after my mum saw billie piper at her work looking stoned but her dog was adorable apparently so it's all fine
The question: how did you remember the feels of David and Billie?
None of the older doctors are unrecognized. They may have aged, but Tom has his forever surprised eyes and Colin still has that warm, classic smile. And David is just. No words.
“And David is just…”
strange
he’s strange
It makes me so sad that Liz Sladen didn't get to see this. There's not doubt that if she was still alive she would've been included. RIP my Sarah Jane
melancholymusicnerd omg yessssss.
"I'm Colin baker the 6th doctor happy anniversary doctor who" that was honestly the best part of the 50th for me xD
When I first saw that bit, I honestly thought Colin was gonna say "I'm Colin Baker, the 6th Doctor, whether you like it or not.".
I also enjoyed Colin's little part at the end, because I knew from a few articles that he felt 'left out' from the 50th Anniversary episode, so it was nice to hear (literally) from him.
John Hurt wearing the fez when they were singing happy birthday was probably the best thing I've seen in months.
I thought I was done crying about the 50th episode. Tom and Colin and Paul, it's just all so amazing :3
Jenna's MALE stunt double XP
Where at?
In which second?

at 3:33, i love how matt's dancing around, and david's freakin out in the background!
Karis Daae ikr it's so funny!
Meghan O'Rourke david freaking out is soooo cute!
Karis Daae IKR U COULD JUST GO UP TO HIM AND HUG HIM TO DEATH! Just without actually killing him....
Meghan O'Rourke no, what cuteness is he dead?
Karis Daae yeah.... NO I didn't kill him and take him to my home definitely not!
Who else half expected Peter Capaldi to pop up at the end and wish Doctor Who a happy fiftieth?
John Hurt is such a cute little old man. There was a guy in my choir who looked just like him! Sadly, he moved away, but I still see him from time to time.
This episode was great. I have no issues with it at all. Did anyone notice the "round things" on the museum wall? LOL!
Sebastian Ohaco The round things look like the walls of the TARDIS from the older Doctors.
yes!
streamofawareness Round things YAAAAAY
12:41 War Doctor got the Fez... The circle is complete !
But the circle must be broken!
John Blacksad Sylvester McCoy wore a fez so we're missing Paul McGann and Christopher Eccleston :P
John Blacksad
I got so emotional seeing Rose again ;) i was so exited to see Matt and David working together & my mum saw was so exited to see Tom Baker! This show really had helped me to get threw a few things and i wish you all a happy 50th!
Still gives me goosebumps when I see them all together.
David Tennants accent gives me so many feels which sounds stupid but David Tennant is literally my favorite
When Colin Baker says "Im Colin Baker, The 6th Doctor" Did anyone else geek out a bit?
+dvanw6 OH MY GOD, YES
I did and my grandad looked at me like I was crazy 😂😂
+dvanw6 Anyone geek out when Tom Baker showed up at the end and said "Happy Birthday Doctor Who" with that big wide eyed expression of his?
+Jeremy Xu YES!
+dvanw6 YASSSSSS
Omg the ending made me cry. And the doctor's theme from season 1 of New Who is playing. Tears.
I was crying when I see the episode on TV, on the last part. When all the doctors appears together. OMG, when I stop and think about, I just want to cry and celebrate. My dream is meet Matt Smith and Jenna Coleman ❤️
It really is a shame that Chris Eccleston didn't want to appear in this :(
he had his hands full with thor 2 isn't that enought?
***** He couldn't have at least taken an hour or two to film the regeneration scene at the end? Just feels like a bit of a slight towards the show and it's fans.
tomincmh well thor 2 was filmed in america so it wasn't the easiest think to do
*****
It was filmed in England.
***** It was filmed in england. London is its main location
Awwww.........had to cry again when I saw Tom Baker as the curator. And John Hurt finally wore the fez at the end!!! :-DD
I have not gotten tired of watching any of the videos coming from this 50th anniversary. Just fantastic!
I had tears in my eyes when they revealed that it was Colin Baker doing the narration for this. I knew I recognised the voice, but couldn't quite place it. And Moffat was completely right, I was crying when Tom Baker turned up ...
Ngl I thought it was david Attenborough at first
I sh*t my pants when Colin Baker was revealed O_O
AvantGarde me too I was like 😶😶😶😶😶😶😶
As if you didn't recognize his voice narrating this piece. :)
John Hurt :(((((( Rest in peace you brilliant actor!

Oh Colin. Your narration gives me the good kind of chills. Can you narrate my life plz?
***** Yes. Tom Baker would also be welcomed.
Oh gosh, thanx for posting this!! It's so beautiful and even brought tears in my eyes! I love this show and this celebration!!
I was really disappointed that the regeneration from John Hurt's Doctor into the Dragon was cut
The dragon?
Ladyy Door Into Eccleston*
coming back to watch this video 4 years on and this comment is pure genius
@@aweirdbloke7758 John Hurt played a Dragon in the BBC series Merlin!

the sixth doctor was narrating this OMG!

X3
David Tennant was the best Doctor and I don't think we are gonna see, someone like him again.
well that aged badly
@@iseetea47 I would say it aged perfectly because I am exciteddd

Colin Baker sounds like David Attenborough. Love it. Is it bad that I filled up at that?
2:44 TEN IS FINALLY WITH ROSE AGAIN.
IKR!
technically “bad wolf” 😂
How brilliant was that, only one thing for it, time to watch The Day Of The Doctor again
"You don't look a day over 49" haha David

So awesome to see Tom Baker back, I grew up watching him, brings it all full circle.
This was a very cool special.Getting to see Tom Baker again after all these years was special in & of itself.Bring on the Christmas special & the new season!! Was so happy to see Tennant back. The tenth Doctor will ALWAYS be my favorite incarnation.
Paul McGann is such a boss

yes
In the angels take manhattan, The Doctor had Amy's glasses when she and Rory were taken by the angel at the end. He wore them to remember them.
They probably wanted the characters to appear as they were commonly known to look like. 'The Night of the Doctor' was a short episode and might have been considered as important. The Doctor Who movie was a lot longer, but I wonder if the BBC should fully claim the rights to it and have it edited.
More.. must have more... MORE!
What a awesome Humble "Show." So beyond a show. It is beyond words what DW is as an Experience.
Thank you Doctor Who.
Happy 50th Anniversary Doctor Who! I'm proud of you! :'D
Absolutely amazing. My favourite episode so far.

The Tom Baker cameo made a very good Doctor Who story the BEST Doctor Who story to date.
I just realized this was voiced by Colin Baker!
ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC !!!!!

he wasn't in it. they used a different actor
What we should have had "I'm Christopher Eccleston, and I wanna wish very Fantastic 50th anniversary to Doctor who"
GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I Want more doctor who confidential.
David Tennant and Matt Smith together is such an amazing pairing along with John Hurt's war doctor. This is the best doctor who special right next to David's End of Time specials.
What would have made the 50th anniversary even better would be to have had people from the spinoffs as well as just the doctor who cast

it's funny to hear tennants real voice for once, he does a real good job supressing that irish/scottish accent

Both are Celtic so it's not too weird to mix 'em up.
He uses his normal in harry potter when playing Barty Crouch Jr
