Can Mexican Dads Taste The Difference? Mexican Vs. American Snacks

  • Can Mexican Dads tell the difference between Mexican and American snacks? 🤣🇲🇽🇺🇸
We asked our Mexican dads to try the Mexican and American version of the same snacks like Coca-Cola, Ruffles, Doritos, Frosted Flakes, and Hot Cheetos! The US and Mexico share many of the same snacks but do they taste the same as well? We challenged our Mexican papás to taste test the Mexican and American version of the same snacks to see if there really is a difference in flavor between the same snacks from different countries! Do you think you could tell apart these iconic snacks?

Mexican coke is made with cane sugar where the American coke is made with high fructose corn syrup as their sweetner. one is easy metabolised by the body and the other is made in a laboratory

High fructose corn syrup enjoyers have livers that look like alcoholics. They're both easily digested the problem is glucose and things that can be broken down into glucose can be used by every muscle in your body; while fructose can only be utilized by the liver to sustain blood sugar. Since sustaining your blood sugar 24/7 takes very little, eating lots of fructose all the time gives you fatty liver from all the fructose being packed in.

I grew up in US, been living in Mexico for the past 13 years, theirs a big difference in the chips. Everytime I have my brother come and visit, I ask him to bring Hot Cheetos and Hot Fritos. The hot cheetos here in Mexico have less flavor than from the US, as for the Hot Fritos, they don't have them here. Which is a shame since their my favorite. Another thing is that here in Mexico, the chips have more air than the ones in the US. If people up north complain about the air, just wait to you see the chips from down here. HAHA.

The "Mexican" coke on display in the video, is actually manufactured and bottled in Atlanta Georgia. The phrase "Hecho en Mexico" is actually a Registered Trademark, owned by the Coca-Cola Company.
TL;DR , "Mexican Coke" is a brand but is made with sugar.
Due to the rising obesity in mexico a few years back, there's a higher tariff on products made with sugar and now, all Coke in Mexico is made with High Fructose Corn Syrup, just like in the US.
The only differences would really be the caffeine and CO2 content, due to altitude differences. (Coke in the Andes has a higher caffeine content)
The only version of Coke that tastes the same, no matter where on earth you are, would be McDonald's
