The strap on that Patek Phillip is very likely from Dangerous9straps. I had the strap for my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean two tone custom made there. Cognac strap with baby blue inner lining and same stitching in contrast with the cognac strap. He’s based in Munich Germany. Very nice guy with very good service.
The crazy thing is this can be replicated and look just like the real thing for around $500 and that's a really good fake. As for the "movement" it will still have an automatic movement it's not as complicated but you would not know unless you open the whole watch up
