      Preach. The vast majority of the ‘stars’ in the league are overrated media creations. Fox is nothing special. These guys are all NBA caliber, of course..but they are in an NBA that is so much LESS than eras before. He is like a low-budget Nick Van Exel. Nick was LEVELS better. Fox is arrogant because the media and fanboys hyped him up like they do countless players who are not as good as the claims. Fox is no different than Butler. OVERRATED.

Dude has talent, but awful judgment in crucial moments! If he accepted more coaching on paying attention to details, he'd actually Go to the next level. But he doesn't... So he won't. Mike Brown is still getting $10 million a year to just chill on a beach for the next 3 years.😎 Anybody who knows the game can see this little diva got him fired! Sacramento will get what their front office deserves, a completely lost season. Fox doesn't have the discipline to make it in Miami with an even tougher coach like Spo! • @Jarro21
    @Jarro21 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    Ok, so firing the coach doesn't improve the team. The interim coach was the assistant coach to the coach that was fired which means the interim coach is coaching on the foundation implimented by Brown so if Brown's system was an issue, so will the interim coach's because it's hard to implement a new system mid-season. This says the firing was one of personality and people issue. You either think firing the coach will change the results or you are calling this season a wash. If you are calling this season a wash, now you’ll have to start over next season with a new coach and potentially new personell vs having a good coach already in place and make roster tweeks. There is no guarantee that Fox will extend but what is known is Brown is a good coach. This franchise logically made a bad decision as they do which makes them a bad organization where they will not attract a good proven coach in the near future.

    The coach can only provide a game plans he can't get on the floor and play the game for them only the people in the organization and the players know why and if is the clutch sports then tell clutch sports to pay the players salary all they do is represent players if players don't want to held accountable tell them to give back the money and go to the park, rec center or the backyard and play for free they can hire the best coach in the league and still lose

    The exact reason why the NBA is struggling is reflected in what the players say. One of the main issues is that their contracts are guaranteed, which means players lack the incentive to perform at their best. In contrast, the average person in a typical job could be fired for consistently poor performance. These guaranteed contracts need to be reevaluated, and team owners should pay attention to what the players are expressing.

      Well NBA players have a union who fought to have guaranteed contract for players.
      A lot of regular jobs aren’t unionized. Plus a lot of states have right to work laws which allows employers to fired you on the spot for any reason.
      Lesson here, get a job that has a union for employees.

This is on coaching. This isn’t one bad player ruining everyone else. This is on coaching. But fox’s comments should be much more thoughtful.

But he lost people when he said he felt no guilt and went to sleep after Doug Christie spoke. The reality is he can't change anything. Y'all putting it on Fox instead of the organization. These teams don't ride with their coaches through rough patches for the most part. Whichnis terrible for Black Coaches because they always get trash jobs to prove they can come back and coach in the league.

    Paul Allen is not a sports savvy type owner, like Daniel Snyder in the NFL. How many times could Pat Riley have been fired by Buss or Arison for the exact same type of tactic - tactic - of calling out a player or maybe the whole team? That said, Mike Brown didn't do himself any favors by seeming to blame A player and also the team and not take any of the blame on himself. He made it easy for one of the 'ready, fire, aim' type of owners to do exactly that. MB is good though. He walks away with a ton of Allen's dough, and he will be back on a bench as the defensive AHC as soon as he wants to be. But I think he will need another miracle good break like he lucked into with the GSW to earn another HC chance again though.
