    I've been struggling so bad with my acid reflux for the past couple years and I've gotten to the point where I just don't eat as much as I should because of my stomach not letting me eat solid foods. It's come to the point where I get extremely painful heartburn within a couple hours after not taking my omeprazole. I'm hoping I can start seeing a dietician soon 🙏

    I struggle so much with acid reflux causing stomach and esophagus pain and I was prescribed Prilosec which I am working towards getting off of. Thank you so much for your videos! They give me a lot of hope and you have such a calming energy.

      My wife and I and some of our friends got cured from acid reflux by eating red apple delicious or Fuji apple and the problem never came back. Try it for a few days and you will see positive results. No more worries on what food to eat or what to drink,

    How long do you generally sit and drink your breakfast smoothie? I’m so used to gulping a smoothie down in literally 2 minutes that I have no perception of how long it should take to finish a smoothie in a healthy way

    Whoever commented your faking acid reflux is just looking to be confrontational. I just found your videos and I think they’re wonderful. I’ve had acid reflux for years and it’s in high gear right now. I’m looking for recipes and ways to help myself. This video is great and I’m looking forward to seeing more.

    Just curious how long does it take for you to drink that smoothie ? For some reason, I cannot drink smoothies it just feels like it gets stuck & bloats me heavily

    What do you do about fatigue or exhaustion now that you can’t have much caffeine? Or when you couldn’t have caffeine if you are able to have that now.

    We can’t have lemon cause of the acidic for people with acid reflux , but I guess your stomach can handle it ! That’s great - Be Bless

    Is alovera juice good for acid reflux?

      If aloe vera does not work. Try eating red apple delicious or Fuji apple for a few days and you will get rid of acid reflux.. It worked for me, my wife and some of our friends and the problem never came back.

    Hi Molly,I still have the hiatial hernia and now high blood calcium,I need to know what I can eat that will give me enough calories and nutrients throughout the day.I need surgery for an incisional hernia,my surgeon has advised me to improve my diet and until then he won't touch me,please can you help I am desperate.I did try granola but it set off the lpr,so did the almond milk.

    Do you have any good recipes for reflux-friendly desserts?
    I love love love fruits but every single one of them gives me acid reflux (yes even melons and bananas) so I really try staying away from them but I just love them sm especially because I kinda have a sweet tooth and chocolate doesn't work.

      A few ideas that I tell my patients in the hospital - Frequent small meals, high calorie/protein foods, add oils and nut butters as tolerated, granola and granola bars can help increase cals as well. Try to eat the highest calorie foods first and drink liquids outside of meal times. I hope this helps.

      I have silent reflux from hiatial hernia what can I eat for snacks can I have baked cheese low carb snacks also what oils should I eat and what veg how should I cook things like veg.Can I have boiled fish.Everything I eat seems to set off the lpr.

      Low fat milk, semi-skimmed milk are acid reflux friendly. But you can also choose to have lactose free milk or milk alternatives

      But be very cautious about consuming full fat milk, it's best to stay away from it as it's a trigger

    I wish I could understand why I eat super healthy but still have heartburn everyday and keep gaining weight (not pregnant lmao). Maybe it’s my gut bacteria. I wish I knew doctors that would prescribe probiotics like the vet does for my cats when they’re having stomach issues

      @@hannahjugo6844 go to Z-library and download a book called The Acid Watcher diet. It explains you very well what's going on on your tummy. And gives you recipes to help you healing and maintaining your gut. I'm having reflux since December and soon will have an endoscopy. Since I'm following this book guidelines I've experienced a huge improvement!

      @@julianaquinonesosorio8528 I downloaded the book, read it, followed it, done with Healing and Maintenance, now back to Healing once again because I am having some acid rebound, I am also part of the facebook group that shares a lot of recipes. This diet is really helpful and the group has been really helpful for recipes. There's just really bad days... Especially now that I'm weaning off from medicines and the acid rebound is a real tough one.
