Thank you for this. I start training next week. Scheduling has been the most difficult thing to wrap my head around, but I think it's something that I have to experience to understand, and that it's easier than I think. I know that as a n00b, that I will be working holidays, redeyes, and "undesirable" flights (for lack of a better term). So that won't be a problem.
@@realpristine girl I miss ATL so much😭 but ig it’s cool here. I was born here so it’s kinda familiar. Things close here so early though😪 I have been finding some things to do here, so I’ve been keeping busy lol
All AA employees have the same Schedule structure ? I have a friend who’s a ramp agent who is really good at the scheduling thing so I wonder if he could help me in that or is a totally different world

Making your schedule takes practice. Be sure to bid for each layer . Also , good luck in training 🍀
Great info. I’m sure it will take some getting used to learn all the tips for each airline, all exciting to learn
Thank you for teaching 🙏🏾
Of course !!
Super clear. Thanks
Very informative thank you!!
My pleasure 😊
I ended up liking in the first minute lol.

Yea when I trained 4 years ago the instructors seemed scared to answer any of our bidding questions ✈️😳
Facts.. it was weird like they were told not to say anything 🥴😂
Bidding could have easily been a day worth of learning
I was raised in GA, I’ve been living in Denver the last year, but I’m stationed here too!
How do like Denver?👀

@@Mjayyy99 yea, it definitely doesn’t compare to ATL but at least you can fly home for free😅👏🏾
@@realpristine you’re right lol!😂
Thank you for this
You’re welcome!
How do i trade my days off in ETB?

Totally different world hun ✈️🌍
On reserve at OO can you trade a longer trip for a shorter one or does it have to have the same value?
It just has to be the number of days; you can swap a 4 day with a 3 day + 1 day pairing.
I have a question. If u didn’t want to have 11/12 days off and wanted to work more would that be possible to have that happen?
Yes, you can pick up shifts on your days off from other crew members
Not with our airline
So they give you a station or can you choose your station ? Thank you
You choose but they will ultimately place you to a domicile based on company needs. Hope for the best but don’t put all you eggs in 1 basket. 🪺
