Your content was fabulous. It would be nice if you wrote on the board PRIOR to filming so you don’t have to turn your back to us, plus you could make it big enough so that we can actually read it. Thank you

i've been working outside in just a t-shirt, with the temperature being 12-16 Celsius, and this video explains (i) how come I'm not all that cold and (ii) why so many people are surprised and ask me ain't I cold, lol.

As a kid, I had the habit of walking around in the heat of sumemr with sweatshirt, long trousers, thick socks and shoes; while in winter I walked around in shorts, t-shirt and sandals. People thought I was nuts, but I never got even the slightest hint of a cold or flu. I also love rinsing off cold after a blistering hot shower. Diving into the cold plunge for two minutes ofter a sauna session is literally, non-hyberbolicly, non-allegorically, non-metaphoricly, better than sex.

Intermittent fasting is awesome!! I just lost 2@ lbs of fat from my belly line last 3 months, but be careful and try hours to make them right for you, it’s 2nd time I’m on IF, and 1st time I quit because I made wrong schedule and it was to hard to keep it up with it vs my morning habits🙈

Very informative, many thanks for that. You mentioned that the IF period should be 24 hours or more. Is there a difference, between fasting 24 hours and fasting for 16 hours and a anaerobic training (one hour)? Calory vise it should be the same. May there is a difference with the insulin level.

Really excellent explanation. Question, for Omega-3 fatty acids, does the effect that you mentioned only come from EPA and DHA, or is it also promoted with ALA?

Resveratrol. I would prefer supplementation to scarfing a ton of grapes. Grapes & mulberries also come with risks

Exposed for n hours to winter temperatures with or without shirts on? Not a practical protocol for anyone not wanting to look like a freak. I hope there is more on the acheivable practice of cold showers

Quit "talking up" at the end of your sentences. Rather annoying and is hard to take you seriously. At least you are not saying "UHM".
