What's up with the lot lines on this one? Looks like it intersects the house? But the lawn care shows there's probably some kind of informal neighborly agreement? Also the garage/loft has some clearly bad water damage on the upper landing of the stairs. Looks like it rotted through!

Big lotto tomorrow, I'm gonna be in it to win it. This wonderful property is only about 2 hours from my son. Maybe he could come and visit. It also ticks almost all my boxes. I would prefer a forested lot without neighbors, but damn, look at that beach. And handicap accessible, I need that also. So if I get the numbers tomorrow you can bet you will hear from me.
