yah in all honesty I'm pretty happy with 5th considering our striker troubles. We were complete shit in the first half of the season and in the last quarter we were still playing well, we just didn't have anyone to finish. I'm hopeful if we can keep sturridge fit and get another striker to replace Balo then we could have a very good year

Chelsea's only intention last season was not to get beat, that was the result we needed. Why didn't we just sit back for that game. Bald Jesus Lambert was never signed as a direct replacement for Suarez. It's easy to kick a man when he's down, but I guarantee you, if we had won the league that season, Rodgers would have been unsackable. City beat us by 2 points in 2014. We had a perfectly good goal disallowed against City, which resulted in a three point turn around. Had that been allowed, we would have won the league. I'm 33, I've supported Liverpool since I was 8. In that length of time the closest they ever came to the league was under Rodgers. That is why you will never hear me say a bad word against him. I'm delighted with Klopp but I can't help but think a lot of Rodgers' detractors were singing a very different tune 12 months earlier. Rodgers is a very young manager still and is doing as well as can be expected at Celtic. I have no doubt he will work his way back up and prove to be a very good manager. Ultimately I think the experience at Liverpool, disappointing as it may have been, will stand him in good stead. I wish him all the best. That notwithstanding, this video was very funny.
