円筒研削盤ではスライド面にもキサゲするんですね。
旋盤などではスライド面は焼入れ研磨で済まし、上で摺動するテーブルやサドルの底面にキサゲするだけですよね。
やはり一桁上の精度を要求されるからでしょうか。勉強になりました。

ジェイテクトさんはスライド面もきさげをするみたいですが、研削盤メーカーさんによってきさげする範囲が違うみたいです！
