I've been on this earth for almost six decades, still joyfully attending Mass, and I still seek a closer relationship with God. Let these SEEK experiences nurture you for your entire life! All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose: Romans 8:28
Lord Jesus, let me know myself and know Thee, And desire nothing save only Thee. Let me hate myself and love Thee. Let me do everything for the sake of Thee. Let me humble myself and exalt Thee. Let me think of nothing except Thee. Let me die to myself and live in Thee. Let me accept whatever happens as from Thee. Let me banish self and follow Thee, And ever desire to follow Thee. Let me fly from myself and take refuge in Thee, That I may deserve to be defended by Thee. Let me fear for myself, let me fear Thee, And let me be among those who are chosen by Thee. Let me distrust myself and put my trust in Thee. Let me be willing to obey for the sake of Thee. Let me cling to nothing save only to Thee, And let me be poor because of Thee. Look upon me, that I may love Thee. Call me that I may see Thee, And for ever enjoy Thee. Amen.
My first Time going , I highly recommend anyone who thinks of going , to be prepared, to be moved by the speakers , by adoration , meeting new faces and having conversations inside of the convention, just beautiful . God bless you all
Amen! Thank you so much for your talks!! (Also I'm not sure if you've tried it already, but I've been using something called "midodrine" for my POTS and it's been helping a lot, just thought I'd pass that on in case it can help for you too.)
Happy to see youth catholics very active. I hope all the youth will be like this and be involved in the One True Church that Our Lord Jesus Christ founded. Team Maria To God Be All The Glory! Viva Cristo Rey!
@@dragsterguy21 No! The best English hymn, despite my High-Church supremacy is Washed in the Blood (No, not a metal song.). Otherwise, Quqilion in Malayalam although Syriac is a close Second. Edit: I am referring initially to Are You Washed in the Blood? (1878) By Elisha Albright Hoffman (Presbyterian, I know.). Latterly I mean the Quqilion of the Syro-Malankara tradition which is very beautiful in certain tunes at least.
It’s put on by an organization catered to college students, but people of all ages and demographics come. Male and female religious, seminarians, parents, relatives. Everybody is welcome.
Proud to be a catholic and serving the one true God!
AMEN
