"once upon a time you said i was the fairy princess then, you said goodbye to travel round the world alone i sat down, and cried why did you have to be so heartless then, after a while i could see the reason why you'd gone you were always dreamning away over the hills and far away reach beyond, the reach of your hands for never, never land petit petit paradis lies waiting around the corner petit petit paradis paradise for you, and me please give me a call my telephone wants to be ringing your face upon my wall hides behind the paper sheen a taste of wine recalls the cafe wehere we used to linger strange to find it all veiled in loving memory here i am dreaming away over the hills and far away reach beyond the reach of my hands for never, never land petit petit paradis lies waiting around the corner petit petit paradis paradise for you, and me petit petit paradis lies waiting around the corner petit petit paradis paradise for you, and me i haven't changed im still the same today i miss the games and music we would play "
I got Epoque de Techno (which is a combo of her albums Tutu and Paralissime) just to get the English version of Petit Paradis, only to be disappointed that it was shortened. The lyrics about the cafe were skipped over... 😞
this is really incredible and wonderful and magical and a rare treasure thank you so much for posting it. i listened to her album "Tutu" and it was great. it has the Japanese version of this song but i like the English lyrics cos they reference Led Zeppelin =)
I've heard her about 40 years ago and it was fall in love straight. Even if I'm a serious progrock fun. Makes no sense. She has a kind of magic probably.
:-D Miharu's accent has greatly improved over the years. Her english, french or german singing is way better now ;-) She's been taking lessons on a regular basis (and thanks her teachers in most of her CDs)...
"once upon a time
you said i was the fairy princess
then, you said goodbye
to travel round the world alone
i sat down, and cried
why did you have to be so heartless
then, after a while
i could see the reason why you'd gone
you were always dreamning away
over the hills
and far away
reach beyond, the reach of your hands
for never, never land
petit petit paradis
lies waiting around the corner
petit petit paradis
paradise for you, and me
please give me a call
my telephone wants to be ringing
your face upon my wall
hides behind the paper sheen
a taste of wine recalls
the cafe wehere we used to linger
strange to find it all
veiled in loving memory
here i am
dreaming away
over the hills
and far away
reach beyond
the reach of my hands
for never, never land
petit petit paradis
lies waiting around the corner
petit petit paradis
paradise for you, and me
petit petit paradis
lies waiting around the corner
petit petit paradis
paradise for you, and me
i haven't changed
im still the same today
i miss the games
and music we would play
"
my left ear really enjoyed that
The sweetness makes me want to cry.
I love the way she uses her face to augment the music. Sublime.
ive noticed that japanese singers tend to exaggerate their faces when singing alot. i think its so cute . miharu does it in a beautiful way
Seems to me like she's studied mime

Who is Aki Tsuyuko?
@@ymotechnopopfan th-cam.com/video/Ve-SsHoKpSs/w-d-xo.html A very underrated artist on the Thrill Jockey record label check her out!
🥺
what the hell did i just subject my senses to?? and i mean that in a good way. her music is abstract. ma is bad as hell though
What country she is in when she in this programme? France?
I think they're speaking german
The Japanese Kate Bush
Meanwhile, Kate is the "British Akiko Yano". It all goes back to Japan...
You say something...
Japanese version is much better.
The melody is really romantic and beautiful but the vocal is really disgusting.
Wrong.
