i don't think this is the same miharu koshi in the description - different vocal styling and they don't look very alike? i might be wrong but on her official site these albums aren't in her discography either. great song nonetheless!
it's the same miharu koshi, her discography and aesthetic did a whole style change and starting the 90's she changed the way her name was written from 越美晴 (her born name) to コシミハル (the same but in katakana)

越美晴さんもコシミハルさんになってからも、好きなアーティストです。
初期のコシミハルさんのベスト3に入る傑作ですがこれだけがなかなか見つからず探すのに本当に苦労しました。現代でも十分に通用するホーンセクション炸裂の非常にカッコいい曲で誰が聴いても納得できると思います。これだけの楽曲を造り上げたミハルさんの才能には脱帽です！後に本格的なアーティスト活動に入られますが既にこの頃から天才の片鱗が感じられます。UPに深く感謝致します。ありがとう！
