I am not sure I understand the "sensibility" option in the programming menu. Does this mean that you can use very low mineral water and still detect the water level in the water tank? Why would you do that, you do need some mineral content in the water to have a good extraction, don't you ? I do like very much the way of changing the boiler pressure by toggling the lever and getting the feedback from the LEDs. Classic lo-tech appearance, but still with some control of temperature, probably accurate enough for many home-baristas.

Would it be possible to use the drip tray from the tca on the old appartamento? I hate the old one, it is too short.

I’d like to know this too.

If one needs to set the temperature that frequently, he would be better off with a digital PID control which is far more accurate, they are used in commercial machines and have a good track record of lasting very well. You only need to set the temperature once and most machines work well out of the box by factory setting, and those machines use a pressure sensor that could be easily adjusted with a screw driver, they are also incredibly reliable.
When using these turn tap wands, be careful of tightening too much, it could turn the entire arm out of alignment. I do like the look of the grouphead though.

And this issue is not mentioned in the manual also ..

Mine was doing this too. Found a Reddit thread that sourced it to a power/grounding issue. I put mine on a GFCI and it’s behaving now.
