9:35 - I notice a gap and attack the front
10:40 - Kissena counterattack. I didn't have the snap to jump on immediately
12:58 - someone hit my bike. I don't know exactly what happened. No one went down, but I felt something heavy hit my bike and the vibration reverberated throughout my frame. It scared me a bit
14:21 - It becomes evident to me that L&D is slowing down the field as the breakaway appears to have ~4 guys in it 🫤
16:13 - Sharing my intel with the group that appears to be ready to chase
17:21 - elbow flick. we're chasing.
17:29 - "One more gear" - it is evident to those around me that my pull is weak😅. This is my inexperience at play. I should have spoken up and let someone else pull. Maybe the right words would have been "i need another minute, we can either wait or let someone else pull". Maybe.
22:24 - "Are we all together" - I really didn't know
23:50 - Someone almost goes down. Everybody stays up. This spooked me a bit
24:40 - This was when I realized that the peloton had given up hope of bringing the break back
