As per the dealer, Base Model Zeta-MT on will cost about 15.10 to 15.40 Lacs "On Road" , the ALPHA-AT will cost about 17.50 to 17.80 Lacs "On Road". Appears to be expensive for a FOUR seat vehicle, unless owning a 4x4 is worth the cost. The good old Gypsy had 5 & 8 seat options.

As an Indian mujhe lagta hai its more practical and useful than Thar. Dikhne mai bhi thodi gwagin type lagti hai ..modify ho jayegi .. comfortable hogi. Power thodi less than Thar but ok no issues. City ,highway,off-road everything possible in 1car . Over all better than Thar . But not enthusiastic.

Ye first vehicle ho nehi sakti hai for family vehicle, it's only 4 person vehicle. Agar price 10 lakh se jada huwa toh fir #Bolero is best choice for family as well as Off-road vehicle. I don't think that this vehicle is pesa wasul vehicle. This is only a secondary vehicle.

I'll cancel my booking made on very first day of launch if prices goes up to the mark stated in your video. Waiting for this long and getting higher prices will definitely put a hole in sales.

Gurav, Having owned five Gypsy's over the years, and waiting patiently for years for the Launch of the Jimny in India, thus booked one of the first at the dealership in January 2023. Your coverage of the vehicle is great, we enjoyed all your videos and also were lucky to see first hand the 3 door version overseas and then the 5 door here. All said & done, the price at 15-16 Lacs doesn't seem to make ANY sense for a vehicle with only FOUR (4) NOT SO COMFORTABLE SEATS, assuming this is to be the On Road Cost. If 15-16 is going to be the Ex Showroom + On Road costs (approximately 2.5 Lacs), its will be a WASTE of money, very Highly Priced. A question for you, could you please let us know if the back window goes down completely or Partially? Great Videos - Thanks!

Gaurav Ji, Maruti Jimny bura na mane toh bilkul yeh an upgrade of Maruti S Presso lag rahi hai. Aa compared to Thar its road presence is too small. I don't know why so much Hype....

As for the headlight bulbs Philips do very good rally bulbs with a good beam and corner coverage . I use the Philips rally bulbs on my Brezza.

15.89 kpl in mixed drive cycle is fabulous ! Rear door window pane is small because of the wheel arch curve in the door, nothing can be done here, I guess. HM Stop Lamp could have been provided to make night visibility better in my opinion. You said you will drive in 2H, but the display of 4x4 (green symbol) was showing at start up (when you tanked up) and when you filled up on return. Does this mean, this mileage was with 4H ? Good, informative video and thanks for sharing.

This is the most crucial drive test done in hilly terrain. The effort is appreciated. One important thing is about BODY ROLL, considering ground clearance what about this ( its sibling Gypsy has terrible body roll in hilly area). Here in Mizoram that information plus pricing will certainly swing minds of potential buyers.

4x4 mode was engaged when you left the petrol bunk.. Why??
I am not sure whether fuel top that was shown to be about 7.03 litter after travelling 111 KMs is correct. Because, there would be some air that would be trapped in the fuel tank while topping up. So the mileage of 15.8 kpl claimed, may not be necessarily correct, unless of course, they waited for the air to come out and then topped up again, though that is not seen in the video. Please correct me if I am wrong.

mumbai city traffic mein 6 ka mileage milega. highway pe normal 100 ka speed pe chalaoge toh 11 ka max mileage milega. soch lo

If it is 15 lakh people will Anyday pay 3 more lakh and go for thar. Advantages Bigger, more powerful, more attractive, road presence is wonderful, towing capacity is insane, about boot space get a roof rack, I asked my gf thar or jimmy, without waisting any time she told thar, I asked few of my female colleagues too same question they replied the same, which means girls like thar more. Mahindra’s build is more strong than Suzuki, if the manual top end version comes under 12 lakh I don’t mind going for jimmy because only then it will justify its value.
