Hey! good day to you sir ! good work so far, I have advice for you. well, in order for you to land kicks, you need to master landing punchs,try use tchudan tsuki punches (straight punches ) for chest. for lower levels, try use Tcheta tsuski, and Kagi Tsuki ( upper cut and hook punches ). once you master punches then you can land kicks, but without punches you can never land punches! and best of luck in your journey. also try use more hip for increased power with least amount of energy required. keep your knee bend until it passes the sandbag, then straighten your leg . that will grant you also least amount of energy needed as well as speed and power.
