Its so obvious. But the concept of 'Car Combatants' had never occurred to me before now. It makes complete sense. Why wouldn't you teach soldiers(or even civies) how to use their car as a weapon, defensive or otherwise, in a life threatening or hostile situation? I had a smack yourself in the forehead and say "duh" moment.

Apparently they eliminated the car course because they're offering the class to more people more consistently and had to save money
This training looks and sounds a lot more like the curriculum of and for the CIA SACs Air Branch , in lieu of an AFSOC Air Commando.
Behind enemy lines
Looks like a good basic course on field skills. But all Airmen should be required to attend, not just AFSOC.
That'd be a huge waste of money. The vast majority of Airmen will never leave the wire, much less see combat.
Ridge Shan true, gonna go to CCT school after highschool and might go to this after.
Leo Abrelat they’ll teach you this stuff in the CCT pipeline. Air Commando course is only for SOF aircrew and support personnel.
Ridge Shan oh ok, I don’t really know the difference between air commandos and CCT, maybe could you clear it out, thanks!
@@ridgeshan13 at least all aircrew not just AFSOC aircrew
