Can we appreciate that Johnny Cage thought Reptile and Baraka were stunt actors, and likely wasn't going all out?

Also the fact that Johnny lore wise never got hit by baraka's blades even once, that's why he was questioning the legitimacy of his blades

it was this one, in 2013 I played this for the first time
after seeing this chapter for like 2 minutes
Johnny became my favorite character

If I were just an actor and narcissist fighter in a lost island being part of what I thought was just some kind of hidden-cammera role-playing martial arts tournament. Then, discover there is a real interdimensional threat over the whole world and that my life is in risk by assassins, monsters, cannibal freaks and evil sorcery, I would just run my ass away back to Hollywood and return to my life as an elite... Johnny was just brave or ingenuos enough to stay, risk it all and still take it as some kind of funny part-time job. The man just eliminated Reptile and Baraka, and he took it as it was nothing.
