I also had same experience with them. They charged around 8000 for services and changed some parts also. The result I got was not at all satisfactory. I main issue is that there is no transparency
Go mechanic is nothing but they send you to the local garage by which they have tie ups. Even they don't have genuine parts. I have very bad experience too.
Thanks for sharing.... I had installed their app and was considering to give my car to them for servicing.... Right away uninstalling the app...

Bhai go mechanic pr mene bhi kaam karvaya or full body bola mere se phr bhi bhiter ka sara kaam chhod diya or fiting bhi bakvas ki or ab toh paint m bhi sikayat aa rhi h or bahut call kiye h pr koi nhi sun rha toh bhai pls ek or video bana or inki sikayat coat m karke pese vapas lo mera kaam toh 50 ka kiya

I gave my car to go mechanic for full body dent and paint which was really a cery bad choice for me.
Firstly they miss guided me with the bill and chanrges then they gave warranty for the paint job.
Now after four months i got same marks on my car which was earlier to paint.
According to me they had just coated those scratches and have not painted.
There service buddy subhajit bramha is telling that we dont have any prior photos of before painting and we cant give you any warranty and he was the person who missguided me with the bill.
Very bad tactics of the company to fool their customers.

gomechanic is the biggest scammer. OBD device koi nahi kharidnaa
don't handover your car to these fraud people. They are totally unprofessional and unethical they uses outdated / expired oil and refurbished parts. they don't have any manufacturing facility for single spares.

Horibble Experience for My Innova Car.
Entire things mentioned below step by step
1) given for regular servicing
2) charged 20,000 under different parts and repair maintenance name
3) *handed over to us with huge pick up issue*
4) entire Go Mechanic Team is not picking up our phone
5) customer care is responding by saying "we will revert back to you"
But no further movement
6) website have no other email id to handle customer complain
7) surprisingly, Google reviews made strangely that we can't Express our comments under Google reviews.
8) *save your car 🚗 by not giving to Go Mechanic Team*
9) i can't use my Innova for regular purpose.
10) my outside traveling completely stopped.
11) Entire Experience is frustrating.
