    Very pointless, heretic video.
By this logic, gravity didn't exist until the apple fell on Newton's head.
The Trinity is present throughout the old testament. Just because they didn't have nomenclature for the concept in old testament times doesn't mean they didn't recognize it.

Throw away your KJV because it declares the trinity. Jesus baptism, John chapter 1 and Genesis 1:26. Your arguments are weak. People say the rapture isn’t real because the English word isn’t in the Bible. But the truth is in the Bible.

      My dear confused friend,
This is a Christian ministry, not a Facebook page.
Here, we believe, teach, and obey what is written in God's word, the Holy Bible.
In the Holy Bible, there is no such thing as a "rapture", and there is no mention of a trinity. None of the passages that you referred to in your comment make any mention of a god that exists in three persons.
      There is no such thing.
That said, if you have a question about a specific passage of the scripture, and you would like to learn about what the Bible actually says, so that you may learn of the Lord Jesus Christ and his gospel, then I am here to help you.
      Sincerely,

      My friend,
Respectfully, it is not wise to guess things about a man, when you have the opportunity from God to just ask him.
I am a Christian, and I certainly do not deny the deity of Jesus Christ.
He is my Lord and my God.
The deity of Christ is God, his Father, who is in him.
      As it is written,
      God was in Christ.
God was manifest in the flesh.
The Word was God, and the Word was made flesh.
When our Lord Jesus was 30 years of age, he went down to the Jordan river and was baptized, and the heavens were opened, and he was anointed with the Holy Ghost and power.
The Holy Ghost is his Father (and mine), and from that moment, God was in Christ.
That is the deity of Christ, according to the testimony of the scripture.
      Sincerely,
      Clinton

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same as in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made… And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us.
Jesus is God. He was with the Father from the beginning of time and the Bible credits him for all of creation. The Bible describes how Jesus was sent by the Father and put on flesh. Jesus, having been eternal and being credited for creation, limited his divinity in a way that required him to be dependent on the Father. He had to eat, sleep, and drink. By this, Jesus becomes fully man while still being God.
Scripture asserts that Jesus is God. There really isn’t any room for debate because it’s right there in the KJV for you to read friend.

There is no such thing as a trinity.
The Bible says that God was in Christ, not that Christ was a God.

Jesus is called a man because
    Paul explains:
5 Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, 6 who, though he was in the FORM OF GOD, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. 9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

      Sinner friend,
      Respectfully:
      1. The book that you are quoting from is not God's word. In English, God's word is preserved for us in the Holy Bible, King James Version.
Philippians 2:5-8, in the Holy Bible, says:
"Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross."
The reason that Paul the apostle wrote these things about our Lord Jesus is because, as he also wrote in another place,
"God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself."
      2 Corinthians 5:19
The Bible does not say or suggest that Christ was a God.
It says that God was in Christ.
That is what the word "Christ" means.
      2. Please understand that on this channel you may not post comments in the midst of conversations that I have had with other people, in order to cause confusion and strife. This is a Christian ministry, not a social network or a chat forum; and the comment forum here must and will be kept orderly and edifying, according to God's word; so if you have a question for me, you are welcome to post it in a new and separate comment addressed to me, the steward of this ministry.
      3. The satanic image in your TH-cam icon (triquetra) gives you away immediately. You may wish to consider removing it, and replacing it with something that glorifies God, especially if you wish to learn to become a Christian.
Having made these necessary points, if you have earnest questions concerning the word of God and the gospel of Jesus Christ, I am here to help you; if you are willing and able to believe and obey God's word as it is written.

      @TheWordprophet  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      My friend,
      1. Jesus was hated and crucified because he bore witness against the world, that the works thereof are evil.
      John 7:7
"The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil."
Jesus of Nazareth did not ever "claim to be God". That is a lie that trinitarians tell, not knowing the scripture.
      The Bible says:
"God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son..."
      Hebrews 1:1,2
The Almighty God spoke to his people Israel by the mouth of that Prophet who he had ordained (Deuteronomy 18:17-19), and told them who he was. He was not making a claim. He was stating the truth.
      Amen.

Aside from Christ saying baptize them in the name of the Holy Trinity, this doctrine can be found all across the Old and New Testaments. One of my favorite examples is the foreshadowing of the Trinity in Adam’s family. Adam was unbegotten, Seth was begotten and Eve proceeded from Adam. They are three distinct persons but one in human nature. The Trinity is a traditional doctrine that we’ve held since Pentecost and the Nicene Creed, which the Orthodox Church also affirms.
Everything else that sprung up afterwards is heresy and isn’t consistent with past revelation or Church tradition. And not only is it heresy brother, you would also be doubting the Lord by saying we were mistaken for nearly two millennia and that He’s just now responding. Galatians explicitly warned us to be mindful of new false gospels that come after the one which was already established. Whether it be through false prophets or messengers, let it be accursed. Which also applies to the heresy of Islam.

      Dear friend,
In the first sentence of your comment, you wrote,
"Aside from Christ saying baptize them in the name of the Holy Trinity, this doctrine can be found all across the Old and New Testaments."
That is a lie. There is no such thing as "the name of the holy trinity", and Jesus Christ never uttered any such thing.
      What he said, was this:
"All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost..."
There is no trinity mentioned in this passage of the scripture. The only thing that is being spoken of is a name into which sinners could be baptized to save them from their sins. And of course, the Bible makes clear that that saving name is Jesus Christ; for ten days later, when the new testament began, the same men that he had commanded with this instruction began to preach:
"Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."
      Acts 2:38
      And Peter said again:
"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."
There is no such thing as a trinity, and so of course there is no such thing as a "name of a trinity". There is no record of anyone in the new testament of the Holy Bible being baptized in any other name than the name of Jesus Christ. That is how our sins are remitted, and we are washed by the blood of Jesus Christ.
And respectfully, the rest of your comment after the first sentence, is just nonsense.

1Th 5:23 - I pray God your whole "spirit" and "soul" and "body" be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. I am made in the image of God, and I am a trinity, I have a spirit, soul, and body. I had an NDE, my spirit left my body, I also experienced my spirit leaving at other times, people call this astral projection where someone can send their spirit to a different location. I a human can do this, then why can't God? Could He since He's in the 10th dimension or eternity send His Spirit to a trillion places at once?. In the beginning God Created the heaven and the earth, here God Created time, space and matter ie the universe. Rom 1:20 - For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse. Godhead = Trinity. Isn't it funny the universe has 2 invisible components - time and space. So Time resembles spirit, space resembles soul, and matter resembles body. I think before creation God was one, and He because He's unlimited was able to separate and form the Trinity, each having the same power and mind, 3 different beings but 1 God. But because He's God He can have 3 separate beings, we cant cause we're 4 dimensional beings trapped in a shell, only sometimes we can only separate just 1 of our 3 parts. Jesus started doing miracles only after the HS descended into Him. This is a foreshadowing of the Father descending into the Body after the 1000 yr millennial reign. Isa 9:6 - For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. This verse tells me that on that day Jesus will be called the everlasting Father. Summary - God was 1 before creation with 3 parts that didn't need to be separate. He wanted to create us to be and live with Him). All 3 parts of God were a form of spirit, the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, He became fully man so He can experience our pains. The Father comes into the Body at the end. And our bodies become like Jesus's resurrected body. So God comes down from spirit halfway, and He lifts us up halfway from physical to renewed physical/spiritual bodies. (Perfect plan of love huh) "Thus it is said, Adonai will be Sovereign over all the earth. On that day, Adonai will be one, and His Name will be one". I mean even Genesis 1, why did the Spirit hover over the face of the waters before the Word spoke? To do the action of creating, The Father wills it, the Son/Word speaks it, the Spirit does it (1 God, 1 trinity) just like each and every one of us is 1 human (and a trinity of mind, body, soul). There's a tone of scriptures that point to the Trinity, just mentioning one that is hidden, Rev 4:8 Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. Notice there's 3 Holy's, one for each in the Trinity. You can make a grid 3x3 and insert Jesus, the Father, Holy Spirit, then read down the columns you will get - Holy Lord Jesus which was, Holy God the Father which is, Holy Almighty Spirit which is to come. There's tonnes of 3's in the scriptures, there's tonnes of 3's in the creation (Rom 1:20), space/time/matter for the universe. mind body soul for us, we're on the 3rd rock from the sun, 3 quarters of us is water, 3 quarters of earth is water, water is a molecule of 3 atoms, one hydrogen resembling the body, and 2 oxygen atoms resembling spirit and soul. E=mc squared, V=IxR etc etc etc, Not only creation but mathematics as well. 1/3 is 0.33333infinite and much more, 3 is everywhere how much proof do we need?

    • @klingonwarrior9722

Also lots of Christians say the Trinity are 3 separate beings but 1 God, and they go on to say the Father is not the Son and not the HS but is God, the Son is God but isnt the Father or the HS, the HS is God but isnt the Son or Father. But they dont understand what this all means. I mean i can say something similar about myself, my body is me but isnt my spirit or soul, my soul is me but isnt my body or spirit, my spirit is me but isnt my body or soul. It just so happens that all 3 of me are in me haha. Didnt Jesus also say whoever sees the Father sees the Son and whoever sees the Son sees the Father.

So you’re an arian or adoptionist. These heresies were debunked at the Nicene Council. Jesus Christ, praise be to His name forever, is God, bless him forever. God became man. That man is Jesus Christ. He died on the cross for our sins. That is the point of it all. You should do some research into heresies and early church history. Besides all of that though, I am going to send up a prayer for you in just a few minutes in the hope that you stop believing these things. God bless you forever.

      My friend,
With all due respect, you and I do not speak the same language; for I am a Christian, and you are a theologian.
The witchcrafts of Rome have so confused you that you openly called me a heretick and then said, "God bless you forever" in the same paragraph...
If I were a heretick, then that would make you a partaker of whatever evil works you have accused me of.
The religious myth that God "became a man" is not only antichrist, but also perfectly ridiculous.
If you will actually read the Bible (Holy Bible, King James Version for English readers), you will see that God Almighty has proclaimed since the beginning that he is a Spirit, and that he is not a man.
God is not a man, has never been a man, and will never be a man. He is the Almighty God, the Maker of heaven and earth, and he is a Spirit.
      Jesus said,
"God is a Spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in Spirit and in truth."
And, God begat a Son in the womb of a virgin of his own people. The Bible says that Jesus the Son of God was "made of a woman, made under the law".
The Bible does not say that he is a God, but rather that God is in him.
God was manifest in the flesh.
God is a Spirit, and his Son Jesus is flesh.
This is the mystery of Godliness, according to the Bible.
Please, my friend, for your own safety and well being, refrain from speaking about the Bible until you have searched the scriptures for yourself and found out who the Lord Jesus Christ is; for it is written, "Be ye not many masters, for theirs is the greater condemnation."
It is a very serious matter to handle the word of God; and one who has not been called and equipped by God to do so, should not attempt to do so, lest the wrath of God come upon him and destroy him suddenly.
If you have earnest questions about the word of God, I am here to help you.
      Sincerely,
      Clinton

@@TheWordprophet My brother, I hate to tell you this, but you are objectively wrong. What you are saying has been debunked countless times over. You are telling the world of a false teaching that goes against the very principles of the Holy Bible. God had to become the man Jesus Christ and die for our sins to redeem us. He paid the price for our sins on that day, at that place. An ordinary human could not pay that price. The sacrifice had to be Jesus Christ, who is fully divine and fully human. By Him being the sacrifice, He reconciled human and divine nature and made them compatible. This is how we are able to go to heaven. To say that Jesus Christ was not God is a heresy known as arianism, and to believe He was adopted as the Son when He was baptized is adoptionism. The same men that canonized the Bible believed in the Trinity. All early church fathers did and most Christians in the past and now do to this day. Read Colossians 2:9 1 John 5:7, 1 John 5:20, and Romans 9:5 to name a few. Of course, one must examine the context around those verses, so I implore you to read through the entire books and keep those verses in mind. God bless you forever and I pray you inherit the Kingdom of God, glory be to His name.

It is written to the saints concerning your evil generation:

We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us.
Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error."
I have held out to you the word of God, and you have rejected it and stopped your ears from hearing it, and taken in hand to reply only with fables and mythology which are heresy to the church of Jesus Christ.

      Dear friend,
Respectfully, the man that you speak of is not a Christian.
He is what is called in the scripture an heretick.
      And it is written,
      "A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;
Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself."
      Titus 3:10,11
You see, not only can we know that such a man is not a Christian by the heresy that he openly teaches (a trinity of gods), but also by the fact that he is well known for engaging in debates about it.
Christians do not engage in debates. Debates are for the wicked.
"Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers..."
      Romans 1:29
      Remember that the Bible says,
"Only by pride cometh contention; but with the well advised is wisdom." (Proverbs 13:10)
ALL debates come from one source, and happen for one reason, and that is pride.
And, while men like Mr. Shamoun are making videos and arguing and debating with other people about nonsense, to try to convince others that they are right, souls are perishing, every moment, every day, and they are doing nothing about it.
We who are Christians are here to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and set the captives free.
Our purpose is not to argue with others to prove that we are right.
It is rather to preach the world of God, so that they who have ears to hear, may hear, and live.

I'm not even going to attempt to prove the Trinity here because many have already tried but instead I will say that you are making a point to base a lot of what you say off of the English when it is more accurate to use the Greek it was written in. I also think its worth mentioning that saying "dear sinner friend" is a bit hypocritical and also not to mention backhanded and passive aggressive but more importantly hypocritical because you and me and all the people here are sinners who are directly held accountable for the sins we commit against God, and I'm not just saying that to nit pick. Calling another person "sinner friend" is missing the entire point because we ourselves are sinners. I'm not gonna come back to this comment, but to quote from proverbs "a reproof entereth more into a wise man than a hundred stripes [lashes] into a fool" so don't just ignore reproofs and criticisms that people give but look inwardly and see if they have a point, view things from an objective perspective, throwing out all pre-conceived notions because we as Christians, knowing the faith to be true, ought to do so to see what the author intended to convey, whether or not its what we thought or if it makes sense. (I add the "it makes sense" part because a common objection to the Trinity is that it doesn't make sense and therefore its false, not saying you believe that or dont believe that but to base your theology on that would be foolish to say the least, an infinite God shouldn't make perfect sense because thats a key characteristic of God, that finite man cannot comprehend an infinite eternal Being so don't let that be the reason you believe or disbelieve the Trinity). Again, I am not coming back to this comment as I have other more important things that I must do and this is my brothers account, but I'd recommend reading proverbs because Trinitarian or not, you have on multiple occasions in this comment section came off as arrogant and self righteous and seeing that God hates those things above all else and since we as Christians love God and hate sin we should be constantly introspective and examine our motivations. Pride is a killer and as I am studying Proverbs I can safely say that Solomon in all his wisdom knew to drive it home that pride is BAD and you may not always notice it.

What do you make of Jesus’ claims to be eternal? That Christ existed in the beginning before his birth?
    John 8:58
Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am.”
And John 1:1-5 where it is written Christ is with God during creation
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
John 1:14 (confirmation the Word is the Son)
14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
And by pure accident (or providence?) I see John 1:18 suggesting the very principle of the trinity.
18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.
These verses plainly disagree with the claim made in your video, that the Son was merely a man until God came into Him and then Made Him one with God. That is unless I have severely misunderstood your position, in which case please correct me.

    • @TheWordprophet
      @TheWordprophet  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Dear friend,
      Respectfully...
      1. Jesus never "claimed to be eternal"; and no man ever existed before he was formed in his mother's womb. The Almighty God is eternal, and he is the only one who is eternal. He spoke this to Moses at the bush (Exodus 3:14), and also to the Pharisees by the mouth of his Son Jesus (John 8:58).
The Son of God is a man, and is not eternal.
God is eternal; and he hath spoken unto us in these last days by his Son.
      2. The book that you are quoting from is not God's word. The scripture does not say that there was any "He" that was with God in the beginning, or that God made anything "through" anyone else, or that the Word "became flesh".
In English, the word of God is preserved for us in the Holy Bible, King James Version.
Much of the reason that you are confused about who Jesus Christ is, is because you are reading from a false Bible which was written and is owned by antichrist men and women.
If you will get yourself a KJV Bible, and seek God with all your heart, you will see that there is a great difference between the book that you quoted from here, and God's holy word.
      Amen.

It is written of the wicked:
"Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, DEBATE, deceit, malignity; whisperers..."

While the man that you speak of wastes precious time debating with other arrogant men, souls are perishing, including his own, and he is doing nothing about it.

Also, regarding the word “our” in “let’s make man in our image”-doesn’t that imply some form of co-equality?
How does the Trinity not represent three separate gods? While the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are distinct, they aren’t separate in being or nature. They’re distinct persons who interact (e.g., the Son prays to the Father, and the Spirit proceeds from the Father and the Son), but they don’t act independently or exist apart from each other. How does this indicate they are separate beings?

Ok, allow me to address some of the things from the first video (the second video's too long; didn't watch it):
1.) You say that the KJV is the only word of God and all other translations are not. I agree with the latter part of the statement, but I don't really agree with the KJV being the word of God though.
The word of God is the Bible which was written down by the Hebrew prophets in Hebrew and by the apostles of Jesus in Greek. The only way to truly know the word is to know what the Bible says in the original languages it was written in; you're always going to get at least some ambiguity with translations.
2.) You say that the answer to John 17:5 is that God knew Jesus before the world was and in the same way, he knew you and me before the world was also. The problem is that neither you nor me glorify God. No man other than Jesus can say "glorify me so that I may glorify you" to the Father.
You mention Melchizedek later in the video, and argue that it's nonsensical to believe that he is the pre-existent Christ. I personally don't believe Melchizedek was the pre-existent Christ, but I do believe Jesus is present in the Old Testament.
I encourage you to read Genesis 16:7-16, where the angel of the LORD is called the LORD himself. I'll have a field day showing you that this angel is divine, but that he's not the Father. (please keep in mind that angel also means messenger instead of the heavenly creatures we ordinarily imagine)
Note: I'm not running from Hebrews 1:8, but that video is 37 minutes and it's not entirely on topic. Please type your responses so I don't have to dig through videos where go on about other unrelated stuff and just stay on topic.

@@TheWordprophet Thank you, brother Clinton. I wish i'd found your channel much sooner than i did. I went through many attempts of finding fellowship - going through different denominations, trying to find a community. Never did. Something was always off with the people in the churches. You have a good way with explaining complex things. But all things in due time. I appreciate what you do.

Lol it is interesting to see how the KJV-only cult branches out into many mini-cults. Free Grace, Lordship Salvation, this guy who denies Christ's divinity, etc.

      Dear friend,
With all due respect (which you did not afford me), this is a Christian ministry.
It is not a free open forum for unlearned sinners who begin an oration with "Lol", to revile Christians and falsely accuse us of "denying Christ's divinity", or any of the other lies that you posted above.
If I may say so, you speak like a Baptist, not a Christian.
And also, you have had a TH-cam channel for well over a decade, and there is nothing on it.
If you were a Christian, you would be using what God has put into your hands to preach the gospel to the whole world, not wasting your precious borrowed time heckling men of God for preaching his word.
      Woe unto you!
If peradventure there is any fear of God in you, and you might find it in you to repent of your wickedness and ask questions like a proper man, then I will be happy to impart unto you the word of life, and the way of salvation in Jesus Christ.
And if not, then again with all due respect, there is no good reason for you to be here.
      Sincerely,
      Clinton

@@TheWordprophet Worship Christ and not the religion! That's what I tell everybody. There are sadly too many people who rather worship the religion over Jesus Christ our lord and savior. I wish you nothing but best, God bless you!

      2 Corinthians 3:14 --
"But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ." -- It is only taken away once you are with Christ. It is no good if this "Christ" you believe in isn't real. Other religions claim to believe in him too; JWs, mormons, even muhammadans and others! It will benefit nothing, if he is not the son of God. The veil will remain.
It's also interesting to see how you somehow find it amusing that, from your perspective, people are in the wrong, and perishing. Search your heart - it should never be a "lol moment" to see someone astray. Do substantiate yourself more next time. This feels like mere mockery, rather than constructive conversation.

Scriptures PROVE no trinity. Genesis, Man made in the image of God. "Old Testament". Last time I was counted in church, I equaled 1, Proof no trinity.
