I love the part where he grabs and hugs her. It is such a tender moment between the two of them.
Me too, I love that moment, it’s like before he went to the poker game and he asked her to back him up and he reached for her before she left the room ❤️
"Laura, does this mean what I hope it means?" "No. I'm cold." LOL This story goes from super tense to funny in an instant. I love it.

This scene is Very realistic.
I laughed so hard at his eyes popping wide open when he realizes she is in his sleeping bag 🤣. I love how funny they let them be now after all the anxiety and angst of the first year and half of their story.
This scene is definitely one of my favorites. Their comedy is wonderful 😄
I think it was quite emotionally complicated for her. Laura always wanted to do the right thing... which would be not cheating on her husband.. however she loved this man and did want him.. basically she seemed tortured... and in turn was torturning Luke.. but considering what he had put her through up to this point.. he almost deserved it. Kind of seemed like redemption for the rape. I mean he took what he wanted, now he needed to learn to be patient until she was completely emotionally ready.
She didn't want to sleep in the same bed,but now is right next to Luke in a sleeping bag!

I think this whole sleeping bag bit is my favorite of the new-to-me scenes - they are adorable!
Back at the farm, she wouldn't allow him in the same bed and needed the wall of Jericho for privacy. Now she wants to snuggle?! 😂

I’ll bet Genie loved doing these scenes with him. The way he is with her she would feel loved safe and protected. I know that he was very protective of her. Here’s a weird thought. I wonder if TG would die for GF in real life because I know they had a special bond.

But its all bluster. As soon as he sees Laura looking afraid he grabs her and holds her tight. He's just frustrated, very frustrated.
Luke sure makes his needs known. Makes it more believable that he would in booze & despaired filled moment he could lose control & take what he’d wanted. Especially when he thought Laura would never give herself to him willingly. He’s a great study in the Human Condition as they say. 💋
Wasn't Luke concerned about her wearing a sweater just a scene and a half ago, something about not wanting her to catch cold before they get to Fair Oaks - and she just told him her bag is damp, and she is cold... I don't think she's trying to "play a game" as he thinks.. hmm. He seemed different in the other scene. It's hard for me to keep up!
Finally get a glimpse of Luke's pant leg to compare them to Hutch's.
Luke's were up to the minute for the time. Hutch was still early mid 70s complete bell bottoms..
And plus that super tight fit...fashion don't 😬😄
This reminds of when Luke snuck his way into the bed when they were in the first motel now it's Laura's turn remember when she denied her feeling's for Luke now look at her now LoL
