Explanation: That’s reverse flash, a comic book villain from the future who hates the flash. He travels back in time but can’t do anything that’ll stop Barry from becoming the flash, since it’ll stop him becoming reverse flash (creating a paradox). Each European country has its own history, traditions and culture and it honestly sucks that this fact is just completely ignored/downplayed by Americans. I'm German, and not the beer drinking, Lederhosen wearing kind because guess what, we have different regional countries (including different traditional garbs and festivals) all throughout Germany and I am not Bavarian.
Obviously, if you don't grow up or spend a lot of time in these countries, you won't experience much of their respective cultures, so you might not feel connected to it. That is why ancestry tests like that are really dumb because it means nothing to just have ancestors from one region (my ancestors are partially form modern day Lithuania, but that does not make me Lithuanian in any way - especially since Lithuania as it is today didn't exist back then).
Blaming us for that and acting as if it's boring to be white is really rude and ignorant tbh. Sorry for the rant, but I'm getting tired of the mentality that you can only be special if you're part of a racial minority IN THE US.
