Question, for Step 4 at the 3:26 mark, you said go up 1 1/2 inches. Where do you get that number from? I have watched how to do a dual angle ball on a new ball, but still cannot figure where that number comes from. THANK YOU for the informative videos.
I understand that everyone’s PAP can be different. But I have never had a dual angled ball. I was trying to figure out how to find the new PAP across the VAL.
I used a ruler and a Protractor and came up with my ball layout on my 16 lbs Arson Pearl (score 213) at 70 x 4.5 x 70 my PAP is 4 15/16 3/8 up. I won't be using the Arson Pearl any longer cause I want to drop in weight cause of a bad wrist. I have a 14 lbs Scandal (score 197) drilled almost the same at 60 x 4.5 x 70 and it's too strong for HS league. Had to move 8 to 10 boards left with my feet (board 35). I just bought a 14 lbs Web Pearl (score 208 ), how should I layout this ball?
JR, I have a tech question about a ball I have the opportunity to purchase. It's a brand new Hammer Black Widow Gold for $76.00 gree shipping. It's cheaper because it's an X out saying that no the CG is out of line. How much of a difference would this make as far as drilling the ball and it's performance? I took some screenshots so u can see what I am talking about. I'd appreciate your opinion, thx.

That's my personal number. You need to find out what your positive axis point is and that's the number you use

rayscar2 your PAP doesn’t change based on the layout. Your PAP is always the same.
Thanks for this video. Been looking on how to this.
I have the same PAP #'s; will have to watch your ball reaction videos
so if you don't have a pro sec at home your out of luck?
Hey JR, question. I don't have a pro sect. I have an ebonite quarter scale. How would I use that to determine my angles?

How do you draw a center line if you have a offset thumb?
Still straight to the center of the thumb
Thanks
It says the ball is 0" - 1" and top weight is 3 oz.
