Ngl, as a dude, this looks like a pretty attractive surgery people could get. I doubt this elf ear surgery will become a HUGE trend, but it definitely does look nice. I just worry about any long lasting effects you could have like YEARS down the line. Also, heard that this surgery could effect the actual hearing function of the ear so it's iffy. Some cons with it, but it definitely does look attractive lol. It's definitely a far more attractive surgery in my opinion compared to something like nose surgery, surgery for a bigger butt, and etc.
gosh I have naturally elf ears but been bullied for it......I am so insecure about it and I wish I had a surgery to correct them but seeing you rocking them warms my heart
Plenty of people would love to have your ears! My friend's baby has natural elf ears, they're so beautiful and I'm so jel because mine are slightly pointier than average but I'll still need surgery to achieve those delicate, unique points!
People are bullying you because they are jealous don’t become like everyone else it’s boring to look like everyone else you are unique to me them and bring awareness use it to show other people that it’s ok to be different 😊
I’m a guy and just learned that this was even a thing. Pretty rad and super cute when it’s done right! I hope you don’t develop any complications with them later in life and are able to enjoy those elf ears forever!
It has no effect on hearing as it's only a part of the outer rim which is changed, which is purely cosmetic. It doesn't affect how the ear gathers sound.
I'm absolutely enchanted by the idea of getting elf ear surgery, and I'm seriously considering it. But there are a few questions on my mind. Will I be able to comfortably sleep on a regular pillow after the are completely healed, or will my elf shaped ears still be sensitive? Is there a lifetime commitment to caring for them? Like being careful with them forever because they can always be destroyed even if you have had them for like let's say 5 -10 years. Additionally, I currently have no one that can make these ears, close by. What do you recommend to look for in a studio? I want to go to someone that will not 'fuck up' my ears. Nevertheless, I'm truly grateful for the wealth of information and inspiration that I've found in these videos! Thank you!❤
Thanks for this informative video! I've wanted elf ears for 10 years but more backward pointing than upwards. I'd love Sampaa to do it. Btw, it is reversible as some cosmetic surgeons will reverse it privately, and some also do elf ear surgery but charge a much higher price, around £2k GBP/ $2500 USD. It's currently usually not possible to get elf ears reversed on the NHS in the UK. So you'd have to pay to have it reversed, meaning it could be financially irreversible for some people.
@@draco7327Not sure exactly why. I emailed them and they did respond but told me they're no longer traveling just doing mods from their studio in Spain. It's unfortunate because he'd be my first choice for my tongue split. But I did find a mod artist that will be about an hour and a half away from me in September named Shawn O'Hare. He's pretty talented as well. 🙂
I wouldn't worry too much about the reaction of normies. (I get the family thing --depending on what your family is like tho.) I went dressed as the Joker a full year once (right down to the green hair), and the worst comment I ever got was someone asking me if I worked at the theater. (It was a genuine question, funny enough.) I also got asked hit on, and compliments for my hair --but those did happen in Camden, so... not many normies there. But I have no trouble in the rest of the city. I lived in London at the time tho. If you live in a small, judgemental city I could see the problem. But isn't Chicago pretty progressive? Most people mind their own business. And the worst you get is some weird looks, or teenagers giggling. Is america really that different from Britain in this? Either way, you look like a beautiful elven princess. I can't imagine anyone would say anything bad to you. ^_^
Here is the original elf ear surgery video! ✧ th-cam.com/video/r5COGz5pG9I/w-d-xo.html

Thank you so much 🥰
@@KaterinaMarie i hope your beutiful look becomes a trend and fashion and more girls follow you ...
Have you noticed anything different with your hearing before and after?
Nope nothing changed at all for my hearing

This is so crazy and cool. 😊
I want to get this done but I'm concerned it will change how I hear things. Have you noticed a change in sound quality/hearing?

i WANT ITTTTT
Same, for over a decade
I really want this but I've been bullied my whole life for being weird (and a nerd) so I'm afraid people would treat me badly 😅
I'm soooo jealous of anyone who gets their mods by Samppa. It's unfortunate he no longer travels to the U.S.
do you know why he doesn't?
