I watched the other day some Inside Xbox SentUAMessage (which I haven't actually seen before) and the emo grandeur of Andy (and Dan Maher)'s hair was astonishing. I was at uni around that period and I don't remember seeing anyone with hair that emo.
First video I saw was about 5 years ago now. I instantly fell in love with everyone's sense of humour, everyone's positivity and everyone's infectious enthusiasm. It'll sound kinda silly, but these two channels have helped get me through so many tough times. Thank you to you all for everything you've done that you didn't even know you were doing ❤️
I think Mike's childhood love of acting/drama/theatre definitely paid off with how fantastic his characters Barnaby and Egbert are. Barnaby is especially one of my all time favourites.

Oh god I have a memory absolutely branded into my brain of watching the Skyrim announcement video on my xbox dashboard and it was literally the first time I'd heard of the elder scrolls. I found your channel back in 2014 I think, back when I was in high school and had just gotten into RPGs thanks to my aunt showing me Drakensang and Kingdoms of Amalur. Through tumblr I got into the Dragon Age games, and through wanting to know more about videogames I found all of you! I honestly don't have the words to explain just how wonderful being in this community has been, and how much enrichment you've given me in the lil enclosure I call my life :D You guys got me into D&D as well! Holy crap! I wouldn't have met any of my most important friends if I hadn't watched those first videos. My first one was the TABS stream. From there I got into the list videos and kept watching them even though I usually associated list videos before with lower quality from other channels, and then the gameplay vids and the madness that was SOTW and SOTWE.
This is a strange feeling because I don't remember how, why, or when I started watching OXboxtra, but I think of you guys as friends, and I genuinely look forward to your voices each week
Absolutely amazing, this. I first thought "Oh my gosh, I'll never get through that long of a video, I just haven't got the time " Now that I've seen it in two sittings, I found myself a little sad when it came to an end. Like so many viewers, I subscribed ages ago when I was just a fetus and now as I lie here on my deathbed typing this message, I want you guys to know that few things have been such a consistent part of my life as you have. Though I am no longer following game industry news ever since they released the best game to end all games, tetris, I still stick around because I just enjoy your personalities a lot, and not many TH-camrs have aged that well (both literally and character wise). I still look forward to and watch every video as if I just subscribed a week ago and not at the height of industrial revolution, and your lovely selfs have been great help during hard times like when the pandemic first hit my village in 1918. I can't remember exactly WHY I found it (maybe I was stuck on something and just searched TH-cam for Batman Arkham Asylum videos?), but I know for a fact the first video of yours I watched was the five worst boss fights, so it must have been late 2013/early 2014. You all helped keep me from losing it in my first serious post-college job teaching at a small school in the middle of nowhere, running back to my office between classes to -watch one of your videos- prepare to inspire the next room of students. I'm so glad that you and your channel(s) exist. You've got me through a horrible apprenticeship, 3 heartbreaks, my cat being poisoned, family members getting disabled, additional school years and almost up to my Bachelor's degree in law by now. Happy Birthday! I can't remember when I started watching both channels. I think I actually stumbled across an Oxtra vid first and then came over here to Oxbox after that. I think I've been watching for at least 4 years, maybe 5. I honestly started watching more in 2019 and then a lot when lockdown started up in 2020. I've gotten more into gaming and into games I wouldn't have known or cared about if I hadn't found these channels. I share Ellen's love of Kingdoms of Amalur and I remembering being absolutely delighted at there being someone else who loves the game as much as me. Mike's car and racing game interests have me considering eithet GT7 or F1 22. Fundamentally different games, but I can't decide which I'd rather have; leaning toward F1 22 at the moment. Luke's Bloodborne streams really got me properly into FromSoftware games and I stayed up for many hours back in 2020 to snag a PS5 pre-order. Well worth it. Ellen's Souls Academy streams have also helped me make proper progress in Dark Souls 3. I think some of my favorite vids have been the ones in 2020 with you guys trying the gamer energy drinks and guessing the names, seeing whose collection is garbage, seeing whose collection is worth the most, guessing game titles, and all the ones like that. They're comforting and entertaining, so I've watched each at least twice now. The Adam Venture vid from years back with Andy and Jane is another I've visited, because the salty commentary is hilarious, especially Andy's remarks at the end of the vid after the windmills. Here's to many more years and many more presh mems!

Like so many viewers, I subscribed ages ago when I was just a fetus and now as I lie here on my deathbed typing this message, I want you guys to know that few things have been such a consistent part of my life as you have. Though I am no longer following game industry news ever since they released the best game to end all games, tetris, I still stick around because I just enjoy your personalities a lot, and not many TH-camrs have aged that well (both literally and character wise). I still look forward to and watch every video as if I just subscribed a week ago and not at the height of industrial revolution, and your lovely selfs have been great help during hard times like when the pandemic first hit my village in 1918. Hope for many more years to come so my (great)*100-grandchildren in space can also enjoy this channel. Happy Birthday my dudes

I can't remember exactly WHY I found it (maybe I was stuck on something and just searched TH-cam for Batman Arkham Asylum videos?), but I know for a fact the first video of yours I watched was the five worst boss fights, so it must have been late 2013/early 2014. You all helped keep me from losing it in my first serious post-college job teaching at a small school in the middle of nowhere, running back to my office between classes to -watch one of your videos- prepare to inspire the next room of students. I've been hooked ever since. Thanks for all your great work!

I'm so glad that you and your channel(s) exist. You've got me through a horrible apprenticeship, 3 heartbreaks, my cat being poisoned, family members getting disabled, additional school years and almost up to my Bachelor's degree in law by now. I think it's a shame we don't get a third set in our 30s when we're finally mature and responsible enough to take care of them. The whole history of dentistry stems from the fact that we get our permanent teeth too early.

I’m a Fish - from what I remember the little sister accidentally gets turned into a starfish so her older brother and his friend get turned into fish too so that they can go to find the little sister 😂😂🥲 I’m honestly not sure where I even watched that film because we didn’t have it on VHS or DVD and I’ve never spoken to anyone else who’s actually seen it 😆🐠
I remember it being really good (for my young brain) me and my mother always sang the song when we saw it on sky so maybe it's something for me to watch with the little ones and see if it holds up in 2022..

Happy Birthday! I can't remember when I started watching both channels. I think I actually stumbled across an Oxtra vid first and then came over here to Oxbox after that. I think I've been watching for at least 4 years, maybe 5. I honestly started watching more in 2019 and then a lot when lockdown started up in 2020. I've gotten more into gaming and into games I wouldn't have known or cared about if I hadn't found these channels. I share Ellen's love of Kingdoms of Amalur and I remembering being absolutely delighted at there being someone else who loves the game as much as me. Mike's car and racing game interests have me considering eithet GT7 or F1 22. Fundamentally different games, but I can't decide which I'd rather have; leaning toward F1 22 at the moment. Luke's Bloodborne streams really got me properly into FromSoftware games and I stayed up for many hours back in 2020 to snag a PS5 pre-order. Well worth it. Ellen's Souls Academy streams have also helped me make proper progress in Dark Souls 3.
I think some of my favorite vids have been the ones in 2020 with you guys trying the gamer energy drinks and guessing the names, seeing whose collection is garbage, seeing whose collection is worth the most, guessing game titles, and all the ones like that. They're comforting and entertaining, so I've watched each at least twice now. The Adam Venture vid from years back with Andy and Jane is another I've visited, because the salty commentary is hilarious, especially Andy's remarks at the end of the vid after the windmills. Here's to many more years and many more presh mems!
