It is called pre-move and it is not a real move. You just tell the computer what move you intent to do next and it is immediately executed after your opponent's move so that you don't lose any time on the clock.
There's also a version of Chess called Kung Fu chess where you don't have to play by turns, you can just move whenever you want. It's called Chezz online. I don't know if that's what happened here, I thought it was probably Drunk Magnus not realizing when he moved twice. But Drunk Magnus is still the third best player ever, after Young Magnus and Magnus Carlsen

Most men act a little more logically and are less guided by emotions. Straightforwardness and efficiency are very important to them. Due to evolution, this was important for survival as hunters.
