You & your husband are living such a beautiful, inspirational & thoughtful life. Funny that I also had steamed sweet potato, beet, leek & green beans for dinner last night which all came from my local farmers market. I feel so blessed to have them nearby. I have decluttered so much & yet I still find some things to let go of here & there. I still have a dream to live in the country or small village & so it benefits that potential future move. I also have my mother as a beautiful example of simple living. She made her transition seventeen years ago. She even gave my sisters and I some items we had given her. She said she was wanting to make things as simple as possible for us for when her time came. And so I also keep this in mind when decluttering & downsizing my belongings. Thank you for your lovely shares. They are a blessing as you are. Liliane
I enjoy your videos and it brings me to my childhood memories. Life was so simple then, due we didn't have a lot of money. Toothpaste was baking soda and also deodorant, liquid dish soap was also bubble bath. Thanks for bringing all that back.
Dear Connie, thanks for this inspiring video. I truly see the benefits of finding authenticity to what I'm passionate about vs trying to chase an aesthetic pleasing, idealistic life I could never "reach", making me feel constantly wanting more of something. Thanks sweet Connie!🙏
Hi Connie, I just love your channel and your videos. So many good tips and tricks, and you explain everything in such a calm and relaxing way. I am glad I found your channel. Thank you for your work and your sharing.🥰
My cousin's hairdresser told her to use inexpensive shampoo like white rain & it worked for her. My sister & I just rolled our eyes at each other. If Castile soap or white rain without conditioner works for you & my cousin, I guess that's ok. Some of us have dry, coarse, thick curly hair & have to use good shampoo & conditioner or we can't even get a comb through it!!
@@barbaradelira6790 What I wouldn’t give to have thick, coarse, curly hair. I’d happily spend a ton of money for hair products 😝. Color me green with envy!
Hello Connie, great video thanks for sharing, on the travel images was the castle ruins downhill castle in Northern Ireland by Mussenden Temple? If so love that area, ... I got married by their in Dunluce Castle...... have a great day, Be Well 🕊️
Connie, Thank you sooo much for your deodorant recipe. It is the best I’ve ever used and far better than store bought. Now everyone who I can get to try it loves it and uses it too. The only thing I do differently is to add cornstarch and a few drops of lavender essential oil. It’s hard to mess this recipe up. ❤❤
Thank you so much connie for the DIY product advice can I please ask you if I should get organic Castile soap and is it better to a fragrance one or plain ordinary one thank you for another amazing video 🍂🌻
I started making my own deodorant 10 years ago. Works better, all natural and much cheaper ! My deodorant is baking soda , arrowroot powder, coconut oil and some essential oil for fragrance
"living slowly" means "living mindfully". I really agree what you said! May I ask: what medical insurance you use? you surely not 65 year old yet, so you can't have Medical Care.

Mama Byerfilms here; a bar of Castile soap for shampoo, no conditioner, organic corn starch for deodorant (non organic corn is all gmo).

I’d love to see any clips (if you have any) of when you lived in the tiny home you built in the Appalachian Mountains 🤔
Unfortunately, I didn't document the tiny house process very well. I don't have very many more pictures than the ones I included in the video.
So schön😊

If you can find organic, I would use it. The fragrance is usually all-natural and can add a nice smell.
Thanks for the indpiring Video
Can you recommend a product to use for castille soap Sold in germany. Thanks for your recipes
I'm not familiar with brands in Germany. But, I think Dr. Bronners is sold on Amazon there.

My grand parents did this and didn’t eat sugary junk and they both passed away in their 90’s with Al their teeth. No cavities ! 😮
Plain baking soda works great!
Are you able to cook your meals as you travel.
Yes, we always book a place with a kitchen. It is far too expensive to eat out every day.
Hi, could you please make a vedio about how u plan the next destination.. the researches etc..
Great video idea!
You,very good

I can’t use baking soda in my deodorant. It irritates my skin sooo much.
@@xBonnibelx thanks!😊
Try arrowroot or cornstarch.
